Test conditions: Shock pulse peak acceleration: 4900m/s3; a. b. Shock pulse width: 1.0ms: c. Number of shocks: 5 times. 3.5.4 Variable frequency vibration The module should be able to withstand simple harmonic vibration of equal amplitude. Cycle times: 15 times. 3.5.8 Salt spray The module should be able to withstand a salt spray atmosphere of 0.5% to 3% salt solution at 35°C for 24h, 6- KAoNrKAca- 3.5.9 Sealing sJ 20678—t998 The detailed leakage inspection and sealing requirements of the module should comply with the test condition A1 in GJB548A method 1014A, and its leakage rate (R1) should be less than 101×10-kPa.cm3/s (air) 3.6 Anti-static The anti-static measures for the module are:bzxz.net a. The module should be stored in a conductive foam material or container. 3.7 Marking and code 3.7.1 Marking content Model, grade, trademark, production date and lead-out terminal identification mark, 3.7.2 Position Mark the module model and grade in the center of the module shell in the top view direction: the trademark and production date mark are specified by the product specification. 3.7.3 Code The code consists of three parts, see Figure 3. Name (original name) Example: 64-line group, bit rate, 256kbit/s, temperature severity level I module is represented by MSN-64×256-1 Figure 3 Model code a: Name (main name): represented by the English initials MSN (switching network module); b. The module and lead pins should be firm and without scratches. 3.9 Power supply and power consumption requirements 3.9.1 Power supply Band input voltage: 5Vt0.5V. 3.9.2 Power consumption Module power consumption is specified by the product specification. 4 Quality assurance regulations 4.1 Inspection responsibility SJ 206781998 Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency has the right to inspect any of the specified inspection items. 4.1.1 Qualification responsibility All products must meet all requirements of Chapter 3 of the specification. The inspections specified in this specification shall become an integral part of the contractor's entire inspection system. If the contract includes inspection requirements not specified in this specification, the contractor shall also ensure that the products submitted for acceptance meet the contract requirements. Quality consistency sampling does not allow the submission of products that are known to be defective, nor can the ordering party be required to accept defective products. 4.2 Inspection classification The inspections specified in this specification are divided into: a. Identification inspection; b. Quality consistency inspection. 4.3 Inspection conditions 4.3.1 Standard atmospheric conditions Unless otherwise specified, various tests shall be carried out under the following standard atmospheric conditions: a. Ambient temperature: 15°C~35°C: b. Relative humidity: 20%~80%: C. Air pressure: air pressure of the test site. 4.3.2 Test Instruments The performance indicators of all test equipment and instruments should be higher than the precision of the measured indicators by one-half or one-third of the order of magnitude, and within the effective period of qualified quality assurance. 4.4 Identification and Inspection Identification and inspection are generally carried out during the design and production finalization. However, when there are major changes in the main design, process, and materials of the module that affect the important performance of the module and make the original identification results no longer valid, identification and inspection should also be carried out. 4.4.1 Number of Samples The number of samples for identification and inspection is generally not less than 10 pieces. The number of samples for reliability test shall be in accordance with the provisions of the contract or agreed upon by the contractor and the ordering party. 4.4.2 Inspection items Inspection items are shown in Table 4. If any inspection item does not meet the specified requirements, the inspection should be stopped. The contractor should analyze the unqualified items, find out the causes of the defects, and take corrective measures, and then continue to inspect from this item or related items. If all inspection items meet the specified requirements after continued inspection, it is judged to be qualified for the identification inspection. If there is still an item that does not meet the specified requirements after continued inspection, it is judged to be unqualified for the identification inspection. 4.4.4 Maintenance of qualified identification qualification In order to maintain the qualified identification inspection qualification, the contractor shall provide test data.
