3 Classification
Equipment anti-corrosion rubber lining
Lined rubber sheets can be divided into the following according to the vulcanization method:
3.1 Heated vulcanized rubber sheet (R)
The rubber lining made by sticking the unvulcanized rubber sheet lining on the equipment and vulcanizing it with steam (high-pressure steam, normal-pressure steam) or hot water.
The vulcanized rubber sheet can be divided into hard rubber (RY), semi-hard rubber (RBY) and soft rubber (RR) according to its hardness. 3.2 Naturally vulcanized rubber sheet (Z)
The unvulcanized rubber sheet is pasted on the equipment with adhesive, and the anti-corrosion lining is formed after the vulcanization process is completed after it is parked for a certain period of time at room temperature.
3.3 Pre-vulcanized rubber sheet (Y)
The rubber sheet is vulcanized in advance and then pasted on the equipment with adhesive to form an anti-corrosion lining. 4 Specifications and dimensions
The specifications and dimensions of the lining rubber sheet shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The standard was approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on May 5, 1995 (mm),

7 Inspection method
7.1 The thickness of the lining rubber sheet shall be measured with a thickness gauge within 50mm from the edge of the rubber sheet (the reading shall be accurate to 0.1mm); the width and length shall be measured with a box ruler (the reading shall be accurate to 1mm), the width The measurement is taken at 3 points from the end, and the distance between each point is not less than 1m. The measurement results are taken as the arithmetic average.
7.2 The surface quality of the lining rubber plate is inspected by visual inspection and measuring tools. 7.3 The hardness of the lining rubber plate is inspected according to the methods specified in GB/T531 and GB/T2411 respectively. 7.4 The tensile strength, elongation at break and permanent deformation at break of the lining rubber plate are carried out according to the provisions of GB/T528; the hard rubber plate is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1701.

7.5 The transverse breaking strength test of the hard rubber plate is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1696. 7.6 The impact strength test of the hard rubber plate is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1697. 7.7 The Martin heat resistance test of the hard rubber plate is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1699. 7.8-Liquid resistance test of lining rubber sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1690, 7.9 Electric spark pinhole test of lining rubber sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2451 8 Inspection rules
&.1 Factory inspection
The specifications, dimensions and surface quality of lining rubber sheet shall be fully inspected; and the same type of lining rubber sheet not exceeding 10t shall be regarded as a batch, and the half-monthly output shall be regarded as a batch if it is less than 10t. The performance items specified in Table 2 and Article 5.2 of this standard shall be inspected item by item.
8.2 Type inspection
According to the relevant provisions of Article 6.6.1 of GB/T1.3, type inspection shall be carried out for all technical requirements listed in this standard according to different types of lining rubber sheets. Under normal circumstances, liquid resistance test shall be inspected once every quarter, and other items shall be inspected once every six months. 83 Judgment rules
If the specifications, dimensions or surface quality do not conform to the requirements of this standard, they shall be judged as unqualified products. For other properties, sufficient samples shall be randomly selected from each batch for testing. If one indicator does not meet the requirements, double samples shall be taken for retesting. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 9.1 Lining rubber sheets are rolled on the mandrel with plastic film or padding as the isolation layer and suspended in the packaging box. 9.2 Each packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate and indicate the product mark, specification, quantity, trademark, manufacturer name, production date, inspector code, etc. The packaging box should be marked with a "Do not place upside down" sign. 9.3 Lining rubber sheets should be kept clean and avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage. They should not come into contact with organic solvents such as gasoline and kerosene, as well as harmful substances such as acids and alkalis.
9.4 The temperature of naturally vulcanized lining rubber sheets should be kept below 10°C during transportation and storage, and the temperature of other lining rubber sheets should be kept at -20~~30°C. They should not be placed under pressure and should be 2m away from heat sources. 9.5 In compliance with 9.3 and 9.Under the conditions specified in Article 4, the effective shelf life of pre-vulcanized lining rubber sheets is 24 months from the date of production, and that of other lining rubber sheets is 6 months.
