This standard applies to the measuring instrument for measuring the filling volume and apparent density of color materials or physical materials. 2 Reference standards ZBY002 Basic environmental conditions and test methods for transportation and storage of instruments and meters 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Working environment Ambient temperature: 0~40℃; b: Relative humidity: not more than 85%; No corrosive and harmful impurities in the environment. 3.2 Appearance and structural requirements HG/T 2064- 3.2.1 The instrument surface should not have obvious dents, scratches, cracks, deformations, etc. The surface coating should not bubble, crack or fall off, and the metal parts should not have rust and other mechanical damage. 3.2.2 The switch and button operation should be flexible and reliable. : 3.2.3. The text symbols and signs that describe the functions should be clear and correct. 3.3 Basic requirements 3.3.1 Volumetric cylinder: The capacity is 250ml, and the scale interval is 2ml. The total weight of the volumetric cylinder, fixed cover and base frame is: 670±45g. 3.3.2 Anvil installation position: The raised shaft should fall onto the anvil from 3±0.1mm away from the anvil. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 Small plane HG/T2064- Filling volume measuring instrument diagram 2-sleeve; 3-measuring cylinder; 4-rubber pad; -cam: 5-measurement seat: 6-shaft; 7-anvil 3.4 Main performance HG/T2064-91 3.4.1 Number of vibrations of the seat per cycle: 1250±1 times. 3.4.2 Vibration frequency of the frame: 250±15 times/min.3.4.3 Repeatability: Under the same working conditions, the error of the vibration times of the frame in two cycles is ±1 time.3.5 Influence of power supply fluctuation The filling volume meter can work normally under the power supply voltage of 220V±10%, 50Hz. 3.6 Insulation resistance The insulation resistance between the power plug and the casing should not be less than 20MQ.3.7 Dielectric strength The power plug and the casing should withstand 50.Hz1000V AC voltage for 1min, and there should be no breakdown and flying neck phenomenon.3.8 Transportation requirements When transporting the filling volume meter, it should meet the requirements of ZBYO02. 4 Test method 4.1 Test conditions Ambient temperature: 0~40℃ Ambient relative humidity: not more than 85% 4.2 Appearance Visual inspection, the product should meet the requirements of Article 3.2, 4.3 Total weight of the measuring cylinder, fixed cover and frame Check with a balance, it should meet the requirements of Article 3.3. 4.4 Anvil installation position Check with a special plug gauge according to the attached drawing, at this time, the shaft should be at the highest position of the cam, and the position from plane A to the anvil should meet the requirements of Article 3.3.3. 4.5 Test of the number of vibrations per cycle of the frame Install the photoelectric signal frame of the photoelectric counter on both sides of the frame, and make the instrument shield light once every vibration, turn on the power of the counter, and start the filling volume meter at the same time. When the instrument stops vibrating automatically, the counter shows the number of vibrations of the frame, which should meet the requirements of Article 3.4.1. 4.6 Vibration frequency test Start the instrument and press the stopwatch at the same time. When the timer reaches 1 minute, press the stop button. The value displayed by this counter shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4.2. 4.7 Repeatability test Under the same working conditions, perform vibration tests on the instrument twice according to the method in Article 4.5. The result shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4.3. 4.8 Power supply fluctuation influence test During the test, first increase the power supply voltage from 220V to 242V suddenly, then reduce it to 220V, and then suddenly reduce it to 198V. The instrument shall be able to work normally. 4.9 Insulation resistance test Use a 1.0-level megohmmeter to connect the power plug and the housing of the instrument, apply voltage, and wait for the megohmmeter reading to stabilize for 5s. The displayed value shall meet the requirements of Article 3.6. 4.10 Dielectric strength test Use an adjustable power supply to feed the test voltage between the power plug and the housing, gradually increase it to 1000V within 5~10s and maintain it for 1min. The test result should meet the requirements of Article 3.7. 4.11 Transport test HG/T2064- The test conditions and methods shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of ZBYO02. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1.1 Factory inspection 3.5, 3.6 inspections must be passed before the instrument can be shipped. 5.1.2 Type inspection 5.1.2.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the instrument according to 3.2, 3.3.2, 3.3.3, 3.4 of this standard. 3. 3, 3.4. 5.1.2.2 The instrument needs to be type-tested in the following cases: when the trial production of a new design prototype is completed; when a new product is identified; when there are major changes in the product design, process or components and materials used; d.wwW.bzxz.Net Products in normal production must be spot-checked once a year, and the number of spot-checked units shall not be less than 2; e. when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type-testing. 3 3.8 Entry 5.2 Judgment rules 5.2.1 If there are unqualified items in the factory inspection instrument, it can be repaired once and re-inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged to be unqualified. 5.2.2 Type inspection is carried out on products that have passed the factory inspection. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once. If two units fail in the same item, the batch of products is judged to have failed the type inspection. 6 Marking, packaging, purchase and storage The instrument should be fixed with a nameplate, which should indicate: a. Manufacturer name; Name and model; Product number: Manufacturing date; Power supply voltage. 6.2 Packaging and storage The instrument should be packed in a plastic bag and fixed in the packaging box. 6.2.1 The packaging box should contain the following documents: Product certificate; Instruction manual; Packing list. 6.2.3 The outside of the packaging box should be marked with words or symbols such as "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof", and "Do not invert". 6.2.4 Storage The storage of instruments should comply with the requirements of ZBY002.
