Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Electric Cycle Tire Vulcanizer 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T 211191 This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods and inspection rules of electric cycle tire vulcanizer (hereinafter referred to as vulcanizer). And it shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The vulcanizer should have an instrument to indicate the pressure inside the hot plate and the bladder (or air bag). 4.3 When the vulcanizer is at the end position of the mold clamping, the internal angle between the two connecting rods is 175°±4°4.4 The parallelism of the axis of the connection hole with the gear box on the base to the axis of the lower connecting rod rotation center through hole should comply with the provisions of the 7th grade tolerance value in Appendix 3 of GB-1184. 4.5 The parallelism of the axis of the upper crossbeam connecting the side plate to the axis of the lower connecting rod rotation center through hole should comply with the provisions of the 9th grade tolerance value in Appendix 3 of GB1184, 4.6 The hot plate must be subjected to a water pressure test, and the test pressure should not be less than 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure should be maintained for 10 minutes without leakage. 4.7 The temperature of the plane where the hot plate is installed on the mold should be uniform, and the temperature difference should not be greater than 4°C. HG/T2111--91 4.8 The heat-resistant temperature of the paint on the outer surface of the hot plate shall not be lower than 120℃. 4.9 The temperature rise of the oil pool during the operation of the transmission mechanism shall not be greater than 30℃. 4.10 The appearance quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of HG51541. 4.11 The paint quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010. 5 Safety requirements 5.1 The vulcanizer should have a safety device that automatically cuts off the power supply of the motor when the mold is closed to the end position. 5.2 The vulcanizer should have a safety device that can only open the model when the pressure in the bladder (or air bag) is lower than 0.03MPa. 5.3 The noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during idling should not be greater than 83dB (A). 5.4 The outside of the hot plate should be filled with heat-insulating materials. During vulcanization, the difference between the average temperature of its outer surface and the ambient temperature should not be greater than 40℃. 5.5 When the power supply is cut off during the linear operation of the hot plate, its inertial motion stroke shall not exceed 20mm. 6 Test method 6.1 Idle running test 6.1. 1 The following items should be checked before the idle operation test: a. Measure the parallelism of the auxiliary line of the gear box connection hole on the base to the axis of the lower connecting rod rotation center through hole; Measure the parallelism of the upper crossbeam axis connecting the side plate to the axis of the lower connecting rod rotation center through hole; b. Measure the mold opening angle of the hot plate of the vulcanizer or the distance between the hot plates when the mold is opened. During the idle operation test, the number of mold opening and closing shall not be less than 10 times, and the following items shall be checked during the test: 61.2. All moving parts should operate flexibly; all safety devices should operate accurately and reliably; Detect the internal angle of the two connecting rods when the vulcanizer is at the end position of the mold closing; b. Measure the sound pressure level of the noise during the operation of the vulcanizer. 62 Load operation test After the idle operation test is passed, a continuous load operation test of not less than 4-5 days can be carried out. 62.1 The following items should be checked during the load operation test: 622 Measure the temperature rise of the oil pool of the transmission mechanism: Check the pressure in the hot plate and the capsule (or air bag) through the instrument: b The hot plate should not have leakage; d. There should be no blockage and condensation in the pipeline system; Measure the temperature of the plane and outer surface of the hot plate installation mold. 7 Inspection regulations 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 6.1, 4.10, ~ 4.11, and shall comply with their provisions. 7.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing unit before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and main measured data: 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard and shall comply with its provisions. 7.2.2" Type inspection is required in any of the following situations:, trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. If there is still one unit that fails, the reason shall be found out and the product shall be inspected one by one. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage Each vulcanizer shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position, and its label type. Dimensions and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB8, &1 8 .2 The basic contents on the product label should include: a. Manufacturer name and trademark; b. Product name; c. Product model or mark; d. Manufacturing date or production batch number: 8:3 The packaging quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543 84 The packaging and transportation marks of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388. 8.5 The vulcanizer should be stored in a dry and ventilated place before installation to avoid moisture. Rainproof measures should be taken for open-air storage 9 Others: When the user complies with the relevant requirements for transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks the product within six months after the arrival of the product. Under the conditions of acceptance, the manufacturer shall bear the warranty period of 18 months from the date of arrival of the product.
