In a constant temperature room at 25±1°C, mix the sample with a rolling machine according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T15064.1. 4.2 Test steps 4.2.1 After the sample stops rolling, immediately collect about 500g, place it in a beaker, place it under the viscometer, and measure the viscosity at a temperature of 25±1°C according to the conditions in Table 1. The preparation time from the sample stopping rolling to the start of the measurement under the viscometer is 120s. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 18, 1994, 304 Implementation on December 1, 1994 Color picture tube Black and white picture tube Graphite emulsion coated inside the cone Graphite emulsion on the pin Graphite emulsion on the neck Inner conductive graphite emulsion Outer conductive graphite emulsion GB/T15064.2--94 Rotor number Speed, r/min Selected by viscosity index and deviation range Note: The viscosity measurement temperature of specific products of outer conductive graphite emulsion of black and white picture tubes can be specified as 20±1℃. Determination time, s 4.2.2 When the determination time is over, first press the pointer control lever to stop the pointer in the reading window, then turn off the motor, stop the rotation, and read the reading (the reading accuracy is 0.1 scale). Use a thermometer to measure and record the sample temperature. 4.2.3 After the first sampling, put the sample bottle back on the roller, roll it for 10 minutes, and then perform the second measurement according to the above steps. 4.3 Calculation of results 4.3.1 The viscosity of the graphite emulsion coated on the cone of a color picture tube and the graphite emulsion on the pins nt (mPa·s), the viscosity of the graphite emulsion on the neck of a color picture tube and the conductive graphite emulsion inside a black-and-white picture tube nz (mPa·s), and the viscosity of the conductive graphite emulsion outside a black-and-white picture tube n: (mPa·s) are calculated according to formula (1), formula (2) and formula (3) respectively: n=reading×2- 72=reading×10 13-reading×K Where: K is determined by the selected rotor and speed. (1) 4.3.2 The arithmetic mean of the two measurements is taken as the test result. The relative deviation of the two measured values shall not exceed 2%. Otherwise, a third measurement shall be carried out and the test result shall be calculated based on the two measured values that do not exceed the tolerance. 5 Determination of the viscosity of graphite emulsion coated on the outside of color picture tubes 5.1 Sample preparation 5.7.1 Let the sample stand for more than 10 hours. In a constant temperature room at 25±1℃, use a rolling machine to mix the sample according to the following conditions: rolling method: the peripheral direction of the sample bottle; speed: 65±2r/min, rolling time: 10h. 5.1.2 After the sample is rolled, immediately collect about 600mL and place it in a beaker. If there are many bubbles in the sample, 3mL of n-octanol should be added dropwise, and stirring with a sampling spoon for 1min to eliminate the bubbles in the sample. 5.2 Test steps 5.2.1 After the bubbles in the sample are eliminated, immediately place it under the viscometer and measure the viscosity according to the conditions in Table 2. Table 2 Rotor number Speed, r/min Measurement time, s 5.2.2 At the end of the measurement time, read the reading and record the sample temperature according to the provisions of 4.2.2. 5.2.3 After the first sampling, put the sample bottle back on the roller. After rolling for 10 minutes, perform the second measurement according to the steps of 5.1.2 to 5.2.2. 5.3 Result calculation 5.3.1 The viscosity n4 (mPa·s) of the graphite emulsion coated on the color picture tube is calculated according to formula (4): = reading × 10. 5.3.2 Calculate the test results according to 4.3.2. 6 Determination of viscosity of graphite emulsion in black matrix of color picture tube 6.1 Preparation of sample GB/T15064.2-94 6.1.1 Let the sample stand for more than 10 hours, then soak it in a constant temperature water tank at 25±1℃ for 30 minutes, and adjust the sample temperature to 25±1℃. 6.1.2 In a constant temperature room at 25±1℃, use a vibrator to mix the sample according to the following conditions: Vibration mode: horizontal vibration; times: 190±2 times/min; width: 40mm, vibration time: 30min You can also use a small mixer to mix the sample at a speed of 800~1000r/min for 15 minutes. 6.2 Test stepsbZxz.net 6.2.1 After the sample is mixed, immediately collect about 500g, put it in a beaker, put it under the viscometer, and measure the viscosity according to the conditions in Table 3. The preparation time from the stop of the sample vibration (or stirring) to the start of the measurement under the viscometer is 60s. Table 3 Rotor number Speed, r/min 6.2.2 At the end of the measurement time, read the reading according to 4.2.2 and record the sample temperature. Measurement time, s 6.2.3 After the first sampling, put the sample bottle back on the vibrator, vibrate for 1min (or stir it with a mixer for 1min), and then perform the second measurement according to the above steps. 6.3 Calculation of results 6.3.1 The viscosity s (mPa·s) of the black bottom graphite emulsion of the color picture tube is calculated according to formula (5): ns=reading×1 6.3.2 Calculate the test results according to 4.3.2.
