Technical Conditions
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the hydrostatic steering system for wheeled tractors. This standard applies to the hydrostatic steering system for open-center or closed-center wheeled tractors. JB/T 5178-1991
The hydrostatic steering system for wheeled tractors (hereinafter referred to as the steering system) consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydrostatic steering gear, a steering cylinder, a fuel tank, a filter, various control valves and coolers as required, and connecting pipes between the components. 2 Reference standards
JB/T5183
3 Technical requirements
Test methods for hydrostatic steering systems of wheeled tractors Maximum control force of agricultural tractor control devices 3.1 The steering system and its components must be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
3.2 All components in the steering system must pass the inspection. 3.3 The free travel of the steering wheel when turning left and right from the neutral position shall not be greater than 15°. 3.4 The total steering wheel rotation angle shall not be greater than 1800° (5 turns), and the difference in the steering wheel rotation angle from the neutral position to the left dead point and to the right dead point shall not be greater than 8% of the total steering wheel rotation angle. 3.5 The steering wheel should feel smooth and without sticking. When turning to the left dead point and the right dead point, there should be a clear sense of steering termination, and its maximum control torque shall not be greater than 10Nm.
3.6 When the steering system is at the left or right dead point, the steering wheel creep caused by internal leakage shall not exceed 3.5r/min. 3.7 The pressure loss of the steering system at the maximum system load shall not exceed 2MPa for an open center system. It shall not exceed 3MPa for a closed center system. 3.8 When the steering system is manually steering, the maximum operating force on the steering wheel shall not exceed the value specified in the NJ/Z5 standard. 3.9 The steering system shall still steer normally when the oil temperature is not lower than 90℃, and the steering wheel creep caused by internal leakage in the system shall not exceed 4.5r/min.
3.10 The steering system shall still be able to achieve manual steering when the oil temperature is not higher than -20℃, and the maximum operating force on the steering wheel shall not exceed the value specified in the NJ/Z5 standard.
3.11 After the steering system has been subjected to 30 times of load cycle endurance test, there shall be no damage to its components, and the steering wheel creep caused by internal leakage shall not exceed 4.5r/min. 3.12 During the above tests, the steering system shall not have any external leakage. 3 The various test methods for the technical requirements of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5183. 3.13
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
