CB/T3243.3—1995
This standard specifies the basic format of the title bar, detail bar, additional bar and common technical documents of ship product drawings. The main principles are simplification, unification and flexibility. Taking into account the practical experience of ship industry drawing management, the format specified in this standard should not only comply with the relevant provisions of national standards, but also take into account inheritance. Therefore, several forms are recommended for certain formats for various units to choose and use according to their habits and needs. In addition, in order to meet the needs of opening up and foreign technical exchanges, the provisions of the title bar and detail bar of export ship drawings are added on the basis of CB'3243.3-85.
CB/T3243 includes six independent parts under the general title of "Management of Ship Product Drawings and Technical Documents": Part 1 (CB/T3243.1): Terminology Part 2 (CB/T3243.2): Basic requirements Part 3 (CB/T3243.3): Basic format Part 4 (CB/T3243.4): Modification provisions Part 5 (CB/T3243.5): Completeness Part 6 (CB/T3243.6): Standardization inspection This standard is Part 3 (CB/T3243.3): Basic format. This standard will replace CB'3243.3-85 after it is implemented on August 11, 1996.
This standard is proposed by the Ship Foundation Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Ships. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This standard was drafted by the China State Shipbuilding Corporation Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute, and the 704th Institute of the 7th Research Institute participated. The main drafters of this standard are Li Guichen and Yu Weitang. This standard was first issued in 1977 with the standard number: CB'3001-77. It was first revised in 1985 and this is the second revision. 12

a) Material marking, fill in the marking of the material used for the object of the part drawing; drawing marking, fill in the drawing marking code, and it is stipulated to be filled in from left to right. Each unit shall determine its marking code by itself, and it is also allowed not to fill in b)
Weight, fill in the net weight of the product and parts and components; c)
Scale, fill in the scale used when drawing the drawing, fill in according to the provisions of GB/T14690; d)
Total pages, page, fill in the total number of pages of the same code drawing and the page number of the page; e)
Reserve 2, fill in the product name or code, etc. 3.2.3.3 Change area
Fill in from bottom to top according to the provisions of CB/T3243.4. 3.2.3.4 Signature area
Sign according to the requirements in the title bar, the name of the signatory should be written clearly, and the order and scope of the signature can be determined according to the specific conditions of the product and each unit.
3.3 Details column
3.3.1 The details column is generally configured above the title bar and filled in from bottom to top. The number of grids is determined according to the needs. When there is no space for extending from bottom to top, it can be continued from bottom to top close to the left side of the title bar. If necessary, it can be given as an additional page in A4 format. Its requirements should comply with the provisions of GB10609.2. 3.3.2 Two types of detailed column formats are recommended, see format 4 and format 5, and their sizes can be adjusted appropriately as needed. For export ship drawings, the content and size of the detailed column are shown in format 6.
3.3.3 Filling in the details column
a) Serial number, fill in the serial number of the corresponding component in the drawing; b) Code, fill in the drawing code or standard number of the corresponding component in the drawing; Name, fill in the name of the corresponding component in the drawing, and if necessary, write out its type and size specifications. For format 6, you should also fill in the corresponding English name;
d) Quantity, fill in the quantity of the corresponding component and material in the drawing; e) Material, fill in the brand and standard number of the listed parts material; f) Weight, fill in the net weight of the corresponding component in the drawing; g) Remarks, fill in necessary supplementary instructions (such as borrowing, purchasing, ordering, random, no drawing, table drawing, etc.). 3.4 Reverse code column
3.4.1 The reverse code column of the drawing is set in the upper left corner of the drawing. Its size is specified in format 1. 3.4.2 The drawing should be rotated 180% when filling in the drawing code. 3.5 Additional columns
3.5.1 The additional columns are set outside the drawing frame on the left side of the drawing. The content and size of the additional columns are as specified in Format 1 and Format 2. They can also be determined according to the situation of the unit.
3.5.2 Filling in the additional columns
a) The countersignature column, fill in the countersignature unit, the name of the countersigner and the date of signature from top to bottom; b) The old base map registration number and base map registration number are numbered by the information and archives department according to the requirements for the storage of the base map; c) Signature and date, signed by the person receiving the drawing in the information and archives department, and the date of receipt. 4 Technical document format
4.1 All technical documents should have a front page, and a title bar is set below it or in the lower right corner. The content and size of the technical document title bar are as specified in Format 7. The filling method is as specified in 3.2.3.

3 Format of drawings
3.1 General requirements

Amendment provisions
3.1.1 Drawings should generally have a title bar, a reverse code bar and an additional bar. General drawings, assembly drawings and component drawings should also have a detail bar. 3.1.2 The line type, font, year, month and date of each column and the requirements for microfilmed drawings shall comply with the provisions of GB10609.1, GB10609.2 and GB10609.4.
3.2 Title bar
3.2.1 Position of the title bar
The title bar should be located at the bottom or lower right corner of the drawing. 3.2.2 Composition of the title bar
The title bar generally consists of the name and code area, the mark area, the change area, and the signature area. The content and size of each area are as specified in Format 1 and Format 2. For export ship drawings, the content and size of the title bar are as specified in Format 3.3.2.3 Filling in the title bar
3.2.3.1 Name and code area
a) Unit name, fill in the name or code of the unit that draws the drawing. For format 3, the English name should also be filled in; b) Drawing name, fill in the name of the drawn object. For format 3, the English name should also be filled in; Drawing code, fill in the number of the drawn object. The numbering should comply with the provisions of the relevant numbering system such as CB/T13, CB/T14, etc.; c)
