This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of YD series (IP44) pole-changing multi-speed motors, as well as the requirements for marking, packaging and warranty period. This standard applies to YD series (IP44) variable pole multi-speed three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 80~280) (hereinafter referred to as motors). Reference standards

The enclosure protection level of the motor is IP44 (see GB4942.1). The cooling method of the motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMB35, IMV1, IMV3, IMV5, 3.3

3.4 The rating of the motor is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1). 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 380V. 3.6 The motor changes speed by changing poles, and there are three types: two-speed, three-speed, and four-speed. The stator winding of the motor is a single set of windings at two speeds, and double sets of windings at three and four speeds. The connection method and number of output terminals of the stator winding for various speed ratios of the motor shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Note: For motors with double windings for 250 and above frame, 10 outlet terminals are allowed for three speeds and 14 outlet terminals are allowed for four speeds. Their markings shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.3 of this standard.
