Standard of the First Machinery Industry Department of the People's Republic of China Technical conditions for impeller flotation machines for mining JB 1656-75 This standard applies to impeller flotation machines for flotation of non-ferrous and ferrous metal minerals. The machine can also be used for the separation of non-metallic minerals. I. Technical requirements 1. The type, basic parameters and dimensions of the flotation machine shall comply with the provisions of JB1655-75. 2. The flotation machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. bzxz.net 3. Impeller and stator - generally require rubber lining. When rubber-lined impellers or rubber-lined stators cannot be manufactured due to limited conditions, it is allowed to be manufactured with self-made iron, but the hardness should not be less than HB330. 4. The impeller and large V-belt pulley must maintain static balance, and the unbalanced torque shall not exceed the provisions of Table 1. The metal removal method should be used for correction balance, and the welding weight method is not allowed. Table 1 Unbalanced torque (g·cm) Large pulley Note: The unbalanced torque of the impeller in the table is the value of the rubber-lined impeller. For the white cast iron impeller, its value can be increased by 1 to 2 times. 5. The tolerance of the inscribed circle diameter of the stator blade and the outer diameter of the impeller blade should not be greater than that specified in Table 2. mm Tolerance of the inscribed circle diameter of the stator blade Tolerance of the outer diameter of the impeller blade Note: When made of white cast iron, the tolerance value can be doubled. Released The First Machinery Industry Department of the People's Republic of China Shenyang Mineral Processing Machinery Research Institute proposed May 1, 1976 Shenyang Mining Machinery Guang et al. Total 4 pages No. 2 JB 1666-75 6: After the impeller of the flotation machine is assembled, the radial clearance between the inscribed circle of the stator blade and the outer circle of the impeller blade and the axial clearance between the impeller blade and the stator disc should be guaranteed, and the values should comply with the provisions of Table 3. mm Radial clearance Axial clearance Note: When white cast iron is used for manufacturing, the maximum clearance can be increased by 2 mm under the premise of ensuring the minimum clearance value. Table 3 8-10 7, the tank body, receiving tank and intermediate tank welding parts are required to be welded through and firmly without leakage. After the tank body is welded, the overflow weir height must be consistent. 8. The seals of all lubricating parts shall not leak oil. 9. All parts must be inspected and qualified. Purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of qualification before they can be assembled. 10. All non-processed metal surfaces of the machine must be painted with a layer of primer and a layer of gray topcoat. The inner surface of the reducer is painted with red oil-resistant paint. The paint should be evenly coated and there should be no defects such as paint peeling, wrinkles, bubbles, flow marks, etc. 11. The manufacture and assembly of the reducer shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding reducer standards. 12. The scope of supply of the flotation machine includes: (1) A complete set of mechanical parts (2) Motor, magnetic starter and control button; flotation machines above XJ-11 are generally supplied with low-power motors. If a high-power motor is required, it must be stated when ordering: (3) Gates, intermediate mine pipes, code pipes, etc. are supplied according to the order agreement. 13. Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, use, installation and transportation rules of the flotation machine, within one and a half years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, or within six months from the date of installation and use by the user, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing the product or replacing parts for the user free of charge. II. Test methods and acceptance rules 14. The first trial flotation machine should be assembled, filled with clean water for a running test of not less than 2 hours, and meet the following requirements: (1) Smooth and flexible operation, no noise, no friction, no significant vibration (2) The seals of all lubricating parts have no leakage, and the tank body does not seep water: (3) The bearing temperature rise is not more than 30°C, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 60°C. 4 JB 1656-75 (4) The bolts of all parts are tightened and not loose. Total 4 pages Page 3 15. During batch production, the final assembly and the whole unit water injection test may not be carried out, but it must be ensured that: (1) the impeller rotates flexibly without friction; (2) the connecting bolt holes of the tank body, the receiving tank and the gate slot are aligned; (3) the overflow weirs of each tank are of the same height and straight; (4) the foam scrapers of each tank are concentric after connection. 16: The load test should be carried out after the user's idling operation is normal and meets the following requirements: (1) The technical performance parameters should comply with the data listed in JB1655--75 (2) The foam scraper should work normally, (3) The impeller should rotate smoothly, flexibly and reliably# (4) There should be no slurry flowing out of the tank body, the receiving tank and the gate slot (5) The bearing temperature rise is not more than 35°C, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 65°C. 17. Each product must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. III. Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 18. Each flotation machine shall be equipped with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB8-64 "Product Label" and shall indicate the following contents: (1) Manufacturer's name (2) Product name, (3) Product model (4) Main technical specifications (5) Factory serial number and manufacturing date. 19. The packaging of products shall be suitable for the requirements of land and water transportation. For larger flotation machines, except for the electrical devices and V-belts, which shall be sealed, the rest can be wrapped or transported naked. For small flotation machines, fully sealed packaging or partial wrapping can be used. 20. The exposed processing surface shall be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with oil paper or plastic cloth. 21. The outer wall of the packing box should have obvious text markings, including: (1) manufacturer's name, (2) product name, specification, model; (3) consignee and address: (4) net weight, gross weight, box number, outer dimensions and transportation mark. 5 Total 4 pages Page 4 JB 165675 22. The product should be placed in a place with a shelter and moisture-proof. 23. The following technical documents are attached: (1) Product manual, (2) Product certificate, (3) Product general drawing, main parts drawing, wearing parts drawing (4) Packing list.
