5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 For all standard width trolleys produced by the manufacturer, the trolleys shall be operated with no load by shortening the center distance of the sprockets at the feeding and discharging ends, and the time shall not be less than 4 hours.
5.2 Roller feeders, raw material chutes or distribution rollers, grate cleaners, etc. shall be tested for no load, and the time shall not be less than 1 hour. 5.3 During the above no load test run, it shall be checked that: a) the rotation of the running parts shall be flexible and there shall be no jamming; b) there shall be no periodic or non-periodic noise during operation. 5.4 The connecting parts of each component shall be tested and assembled at the manufacturer. 5.5 The equipment shall be shipped only after passing the inspection of the manufacturer. 5.6 The load test run shall be carried out at the site of use. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The product label should be fixed at a suitable and obvious position of the sintering machine. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the label includes:6
a) Product model and name:
b) Main technical parameters;
c) Product manufacturing number:
d) Manufacturer name;
e) Date of manufacture.
JB/T2397-1999
Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.13. Each piece shall be labeled when packed and shipped. The content shall include: 6.2
a) Receiving unit and address:
b) Product name and model;
c) Manufacturer name and factory number:
d) Box number, overall dimensions, gross weight, etc.:
e) Lifting operation mark.
Products shall be packaged according to the types of parts and components according to the packing list. The exposed processed surfaces shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped well. 6.3
6.4The packaging of products shall meet the requirements of water and land transportation. 6.5The products shall not be rusted or invalidated during long-term storage. When the effective anti-rust period of the coating is exceeded, the coating shall be repainted. The packed parts shall be stored indoors.
