JB/T 8302-2000 This standard is a revision of JB/T 8302-1995 "Technical conditions for hydraulic output quick-change connectors for general use on agricultural tractors and implements". The revision specifies the rated flow of quick-change connectors of different nominal diameters. This standard specifies the main connection dimensions, installation dimensions and use conditions of tractor hydraulic output quick-change connectors that transmit hydraulic power from the tractor to the agricultural implements. It also gives the spatial position requirements for installing quick-change connectors at the rear of the tractor. This standard applies to the connection of hydraulic pipelines between tractors and implements, but does not apply to brake system hydraulic output connectors that must be frequently connected and disconnected between tractors and implements. This standard was first issued in 1986 as GB 6233-86 and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T 8302-95 in April 1995. ICS 6S.060.10 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 8302--2000 Agricultural tractors and machinery hydraulic quickcoupler-Specifications Published on August 31, 2000 State Machinery Industry Bureau Implemented on January 1, 2001 JH/T B382-2006 This standard is a revision of IBT6302-9S Agricultural tractors and implements - Hydraulic output quick-change connectors for rubber applications. Compared with J8T830295, the main technical content of this standard has the following changes: 1. The "name and terminology" are harmonized, and the numerical values of different types of quick-change connectors are specified in Figure 1. This standard replaces B8302-9 from the date of implementation. This standard is formulated and managed by the National Technical Committee for Tractor Standardization. The drafting units of this standard are Luoyang Tractor Research Institute and First Tractor Co., Ltd. The authors of this standard are Xu Ganjuan, Tan Ying, and Zhang Zhiqiang. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Agricultural tractor and implement Hydraulic output quick-change connector Technical conditions Agrlculturil tractorgand machlnery bydraulkeqaickcoupler-Speciflcallons JE/T8302-2000 B/T RH02-95 The standard specifies the main connection dimensions, installation dimensions and use conditions of the tractor decompression output quick-change connector that transmits the pressure power to the agricultural machinery by the tractor, and also gives the spatial position requirements for installing the quick-change connector at the rear of the tractor. This standard applies to the connection of the hydraulic circuit between the tractor and the implement, but does not apply to the hydraulic output connector of the brake system that must be connected and disconnected between the tractor and the implement. www.bzxz.net 2 Dimensions and types The dimensions and types of the quick-change connectors are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Note 2: See Note 2. The length of the diameter of the valve is 2. When the ball with diameter d is placed on the gauge diameter of 4, and the ball groove is made near the peripheral part of the sleeve, the size is applicable. Installation position requirements The hydraulic output quick-change connector socket should be installed above the soft joint on the tractor's mounting pipe, and as close to the towing axis and the vertical plane passing through the upper hinge point as possible. Technical requirements 4.1 At a rated flow rate of 45L/min, the positive drop through the quick-change connector with a nominal diameter of 12.5mm should not be greater than 0.35MPa; at a cut-off flow rate of 7L/m, the pressure drop through the quick-change connector with a nominal diameter of +20m should not be greater than 0.172MPa4.2 The working pressure of the quick-change connector should be based on the maximum safety pressure of 25MPa, and the plug part of the disconnect connector should be able to withstand a force of not less than 70M. JB/T8302—2000 43 When the internal pressure of the plug and socket with a nominal diameter of 12.5mm is 0.7MPa: when the internal pressure of the plug and socket with a nominal diameter of 20mm is 0.315MPa, the connection force of the quick-change joint shall not exceed 240N, and it should be able to be connected by hand. 4.4 When the quick-change joint is properly connected and the internal pressure is 17.5MPa, the auxiliary pulling force applied to the quick-change joint plug shall not exceed 1.7k to disconnect. 4.5 When the plug with a nominal diameter of 12.5mm is disconnected, the overflow of the compressed oil shall not exceed 2.5ml.; when the plug with a nominal diameter of 20mm is disconnected, the leakage of the compressed oil shall not exceed 6L. 4.6 If the installation method of the quick-change joint is a relatively dynamic type, its total deviation relative to a certain axis of the tractor longitudinal axis should not be less than 0°. 4. For nominal diameter greater than 12.5mm, the force required to fully open the 20mm plug should not exceed 45N4. Under high-speed and high-flow conditions, if the quick-change connector socket is not equipped with a limit device, the elastic force of the net should be sufficient to prevent the plug from breaking through. 4.9 To prevent pollutants from entering the system, the socket and plug should be dust-proof and packaged after the quick-change connector is separated.
