This standard is a standard for information exchange in personnel management information systems, which is formulated on the basis of the national standard GB/T14946-1994 "Classification and Code of the Index System of National Cadre and Personnel Management Information Systems". The data item names and codes of this standard are consistent with GB/T14946-1994. This standard specifies the types, lengths and measurement units of data items to achieve the purpose of information exchange and resource sharing between systems. This standard is proposed by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China, and the Ministry of Labor of the People's Republic of China.
This standard is managed by the China Institute of Standardization and Information Classification and Coding. This standard was jointly drafted by the China Institute of Standardization and Information Classification and Coding, the General Office of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Personnel Information Center of the Ministry of Personnel, and the Information Center of the Ministry of Labor.
