This standard specifies the structural length and limit deviation of wafer-connected valves GB/T 15188.2- -94
This standard applies to fire-connected butterfly valves and butterfly check valves with nominal pressure PN≤4.0MPa and nominal diameter DN40~2000mm: wafer-connected flat gate valves with nominal pressure PN≤2.0MPa and nominal diameter DN50~600mm; wafer-connected rotating shoulder check valves with nominal pressure PN1.0~~42.0MPa and nominal diameter DN50~~1200mm, and wafer-connected lift check valves with nominal diameter DN10~200mm.
2 Structural length and limit deviation
The basic series of valve structural length is shown in Table 1, the structural type is shown in Table 2, the structural length 1 is shown in the figure and Tables 3 to 6, and the structural length limit deviation is shown in Table 7. If the valve has an elastic lining and the lining is used as a sealing gasket at the connection end, the valve structural length should be the distance between the two end faces of the valve after the valve is installed.
