5.1 The bed, headstock box, slide box and lower tool holder are important parts and must be aged after rough processing. 5.2 For the main parts that wear out, such as the headstock box shaft (two bearing journals), main shaft sleeve (external and secondary holes), main drive gears, etc., appropriate wear-resistant measures must be taken.
5.3 The guide rails of the bed and the tool holder should be made of erosion-resistant cast iron, steel guide rails, plastic guide rails or high (medium) frequency induction fire and other grinding measures.
The following joint surfaces should meet the requirements of "important fixed joints": a) the joint between the headstock and the bed; b) the joint between the lower tool holder and the bed;
|) the joint between the plate box and the lower rack;
|5.5 "The following joints The joint surface shall be checked according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surface": 1) the joint surface between the front and rear cover of the headstock main shaft and the box body; 2) the joint surface between the bracket and the base body; 3) the joint surface between the longitudinal and distal guide rails of the guide frame shall be checked according to the requirements of "static pressure, sliding (rolling) guide". 4) The guide rails of the moving parts of the machine shall be checked according to the requirements of "relocation guide". 5.8 The anti-smearing shall be inspected according to the provisions of [B/T9877]. The lubrication system and hydraulic system shall be inspected (checked) by weight method. Its impurities, the line can not afford to slip: floating system, 4m: hydraulic system, 200m. 5.9 The main shaft sleeve of the machine tool and its matching top processing hammer body are inspected by the disc gauge coloring method. The contact of the body should be very large. The ratio of the actual ring contact angle to the length of the lower workpiece shall not be less than T75%. 5.10 Please do color inspection for the lower important positioning. The connection length shall not be less than 70% of the K degree. The contact parts should be distributed on both sides of the connection:
