According to the requirements of the notification of China National Petroleum Corporation (92) Zhongyou Ke Zi No. 66: SY4032.6-93 "Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Communication Engineering (City Telephone Exchange Equipment Installation Project)" edited by China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Power Communication Engineering Company and participated in the compilation of the Engineering and Technology Research Institute of China Shipu Natural Gas Corporation was approved and issued by China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation on November 26, 1993 (93) Zhongyou Ji Zi No. 764.

Since SYJn4024--88 "Standard for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Petroleum Engineering Construction" has been revised, this standard has also been modified and supplemented on the basis of the original SYJn4032-88.
