GB 4793.3—2001 All technical contents of this standard are mandatory. This standard is formulated based on IEC6101(-2-051 "Particular requirements for laboratory mixing and stirring equipment" formulated by the 66th Technical Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC "Safety of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use". This standard is equivalent to IEC61010-2-051:1995. This standard should be used in conjunction with IEC61010-1. GB4793.1—1995 has equivalently adopted the 1990 version of IEC61010-1 and the first amendment in 1991, but has not adopted the second amendment in 1995. In order to ensure the coordination and consistency of the standards, this standard is used in conjunction with IEC61010-1. The content of IEC61010-1 can refer to GB 4793.1—1995, the safety standard for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use consists of two parts. Part 1 is the general requirements, and Part 2 is the special safety requirements for each product. The part of this standard that says "applicable" indicates that the corresponding provisions in IEC610101 are applicable to this standard; the part of this standard that says "substitute" or "modified" is subject to the provisions of this standard: the part of this standard that says "added" indicates that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions of IEC6101!, it must also comply with the provisions added in this standard. This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Machinery Industry Instrument and Meter Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute. The drafting unit of this standard is: Machinery Industry Instrument and Meter Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute, and the main drafter of this standard is: Xia Li. GB4793.3—2001 IEC Preface 1) The formal resolutions or agreements of the IEC on technical issues, drawn up by the technical committees of all the national committees that are particularly concerned, express as nearly as possible the international consensus on the issues involved. 2) These resolutions or agreements are recommended for international use and are accepted by the national committees in this sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC hopes that all national committees will adopt the contents of IEC standards as the provisions of their national committees within the scope permitted by their domestic conditions. IEC Any divergence between the recommended standard and the corresponding national standard shall, as far as possible, be clearly stated in the national standard. This standard has been prepared by IEC Technical Committee 66 (Safety of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use) and has the status of a safety publication in accordance with IEC Guide 104. The text of this standard is based on the following documents: DIS 66/109/DIS Voting Report 66/129/RVD Full information on the voting and approval of this standard can be found in the voting report shown in the table above. This standard should be used in conjunction with TEC 610101. IEC 6101.01 consists of the first edition of 1990, Amendment No. 1 of 1991 and Amendment No. 2 of 1995. Future versions or revisions of IEC 61010-1 are under study. This standard supplements or amends the corresponding clauses of IEC 61010-1 in order to become an IEC standard: Particular requirements for laboratory centrifuges. Although some clauses of IEC 61010-1 are not restated in this standard, they are still applicable to this standard. Where there is an "addition", "amendment" or "replacement" in this standard, the relevant requirements, test requirements or notes in IEC 61010-1 shall also apply. Appendix AA forms part of IEC 61010. Appendix BB is for reference only. In this standard, the following typographical fonts are used: Requirements: roman; Notes: small roman; Test specifications: italics; Terms defined in Chapter 3 used in this standard: small roman. 47 National Standard of the People's Republic of China Safety of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use Particular requirements for laboratory mixing and stirring equipment Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use and laboratory use-Particular requirements for laboratory equipment forming and slirring , Model drawings and purposes Except for the following, this chapter of IFC61010-1 is applicable. 1.1 This clause is replaced by the following: GB 4793.3—2001 idtIEC 61010-2-051:1995 This standard applies to electric laboratory vacuum equipment and its accessories for mechanical mixing and stirring, whose mechanical energy affects the shape, size and homogeneity of materials and accessories. This equipment includes heating devices. The requirements for equipment with heating devices are shown in IEC610102010. 2 Referenced standards Except for the following contents, this chapter of IEC610101 is applicable. Add the following standards: IFC61010-2-(010:1992 Safety of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use Particular requirements for heating equipment for laboratory vacuum materials 3 DefinitionsWww.bzxZ.net This chapter of IEC 61010-" is applicable. 4 Tests This chapter of IEC61010-1 is applicable. 5 Marking and documents Except for the following contents, this chapter of IEC 61010-, this chapter is applicable. 5.4.1 Add the following content to this clause; Replace the original note as Note 1 and add the following Note 2: 2 When the operation of a hand-held device as a mixer or agitator causes a hazard, there shall be a warning sign to this effect. 5.4.4 Modify this clause with the following content: Add the following content: Installation of agitators, if required or agitators are described and sold as part of a mixing system. Add the following second paragraph after the first paragraph: Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on November 2, 2001, implemented on June 1, 2002 GB 4793. 3---2001 Warnings should be given when the equipment is used in a hazardous environment or when hazardous materials are used beyond the design range. Replace the third paragraph with the following: The user should be made aware that if accessories are not provided or recommended by the manufacturer or the equipment is used in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired. 6 Protection against electric shock This clause of TFC 61010.1 applies. 7 Protection against mechanical hazards This clause of IEC 61010-1 applies except as follows. 7.2 This clause is amended by the following: Replace "e.g. drilling and mixing equipment" in the second paragraph with the following: "e.g. mixing shafts and impellers that cut into the material being mixed". This clause is supplemented with the following: 7.2.101 Speed controller If a single failure of an electric speed controller could cause a hazard (see 1.2), the equipment shall have a means of disconnecting the energy source or other means to prevent the hazard. Compliance shall be checked by daily measurement and test. 7.2.102 Movement in operation Equipment shall not change position during normal use. Compliance shall be checked by daily measurement and test. Equipment shall be considered to comply with this requirement if it does not move more than 5 mm after 10 min of operation. 7.2.103 Restart after cut-off Depending on the application, restarting after cutting off the mixing process or restarting without a fresh start may cause a hazard. It should be stated whether the equipment restarts after cutting off the power supply and after a fault or mechanical cut-off. NOTE In certain cases, a visual or audible alarm signal should be provided to warn of a cut-off. Compliance is checked by documentation. 7.2.104 Hazards related to the application Hazards may occur when the equipment is used to mix combustible materials (see 1.2) In addition, mechanical energy transferred to the glass container may also cause breakage. The instructions for use should warn against these applications unless the equipment is equipped with appropriate safety devices to prevent hazards under single fault conditions. Such safety devices should be independent of the hazards caused by the control system and the appropriate safety devices include:) When the mixing operation fails and energy causes hazards, such as metal organic reactions, the safety device should activate the warning signal: i) If the mixer is started, the drive shaft or mixer cannot be started; or) When the overload causes the shaft speed to drop below a predetermined level. Signs: Speed reduction may be caused by energy deficiency or the activation of a gate drive that reduces the speed when overloaded, b) When excessive torque is applied to high viscosity materials, it may cause hazards, such as glass breakage. When the torque exceeds a certain level, the safety device should activate the alarm signal. The quality is checked by visual inspection and test. 8 Mechanical shock and collision resistance This chapter of IE0610101 is applicable.
