5.7 Residual solvent
5.7.1 Test principle
Based on gas-solid semi-equilibrium! Place a sample of a certain volume in a sealed container. At a certain temperature, the residual organic solvent in the sample is heated and volatilized. After a certain period of time, the gas in the sealed container is quantitatively injected into the chromatograph to determine the quality of the sample. The peak area (or peak height) is determined and the result is expressed in grams per square meter. 5.7.2 Instruments
Gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector, headspace autosampler or oven. 5.7.3 Chromatographic conditions
5.7.3.1 Chromatographic column: 100% dimethyl ether capillary or 5% benzene-95% polyoxyethylene chromatographic column. Or a chromatographic column capable of separating alcohol, ethyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, ethyl benzene, butyl ether, toluene, etc. 5.7.3.2 The carrier gas is nitrogen with a purity of 99.999%. 5.7.3.3 The temperature is 50℃~150℃. Depending on the situation, the temperature can be either wet or programmed. The detector temperature is 150℃~300℃, the injection port temperature is 0℃~=50℃, the oven or automatic sampler heating conditions are (80℃~100℃)±2℃, and the balance is 30ml. 5.7.4 Reagents
The reagents are analytical grade or chromatographic grade.
5.7.5 Preparation of test samples
Take samples at a ratio of 3cm/ml.~cm2/ml. to the volume of the glass container. Cut the samples into pieces of [0mm×30], put them in a glass container of appropriate volume and seal them. 5.7.6 Preparation of standard samples
Accurately add the appropriate organic solvent, dissolve it in a suitable solvent, and release it at an appropriate concentration. The sample dosage is determined based on the actual residual amount of the test solvent in the sample. If the sample solvent content is not within the standard range, re-adjust the solvent to the standard range.
5.7.7 Determination method
Use the standard curve method. Take at least five different amounts of organic solvent standard samples, put them into glass containers with the same volume as the test sample, seal them, and place them in an oven to balance them in a dynamic sampler (such as equilibrium temperature 00, 3 μm/s during sampling). Use a preheated syringe at the same temperature (generally 111. According to the sensitivity of the instrument) or a dynamic sampler to sample, use a gas chromatograph to obtain the peak area (or peak height), and draw a standard curve between the peak area (or peak height) and the corresponding organic solvent mass. The linear correlation coefficient is required to be greater than 0.99%.
5.7.8 Test steps
GB/T17030—2008||t t||Place the sealed glass container containing the test sample in an oven or automatic sampling oven, and keep it in equilibrium with the temperature and time of the standard sample. Use an injector that has been pre-heated to the same temperature as the oven to automatically sample the sample. The glass container is filled with the standard sample and the standard sample. According to the product of the peak of the test solvent in the test sample (peak height), the mass of the solvent in the test sample is calculated from the standard line and calculated according to formula (1): x--the residual amount of the solvent in the sample, in milligrams per square meter (mg/m2); m--the mass of the test solvent, in milligrams (g); W-the surface area of the test sample, in square meters (m\). 6 Inspection rules
