Decorativemulficolourscomposite electroplated coatings belong to a composite of multiple coatings, which are usually composed of a thin impact coating (such as impact copper plating, impact nickel plating, etc.) to enhance the bonding between the substrate and the coating, an intermediate thickened coating that provides good corrosion resistance and leveling gloss, and a surface coloring electroplating layer with rich and diverse colors, plus a transparent varnish layer that resists discoloration and pollution. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging and storage for electroplating decorativemulficolourscomposite electroplated coatings on substrates suitable for electroplating, such as steel, zinc alloy, copper and copper alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy, ABS plastic, etc. This standard applies to color combination electroplating layers for decorative purposes in indoor environments. If this process is not required, it can be omitted
This process can be sprayed, dipped or electroplated Swimming to obtain a thin and transparent paint film that prevents the coating from discoloration, resists fingerprints and stains, and has no effect on the color tone. Note: The color code can be found in Table 7 of GB/T13911-1992. Colors not in the table can be represented by color specific names. Color specific names are commonly used expressions, such as "... color", "imitation color", "bronze color" and "antique color". Example 1: Al/CuCu (10) Cu (red bronze color) BbV means that after the aluminum substrate is impact-plated with copper as the base, a 10um copper layer is plated, a red bronze coating is plated, and then a bright varnish is applied after brushing. Example 2: ABS/CukCu+Ni (6) Cu-Zn (imitation gold) BbFV means that after the ABS plastic substrate is impact-plated with copper as the base, a copper layer with a total thickness of 6um is plated. Nickel coating, copper-zinc imitation gold coating, brushed and coated with matte varnish.
Example 3: Zn/CukCu+Ni(8)Ag(Ancient Silver)BbV indicates that the zinc alloy substrate is impact-plated with copper as the base, and then the copper and nickel coating with a total thickness of 8um is plated, and the antique silver coating is plated, brushed and coated with bright varnish.
