6.1 Specifications
Measure with a steel ruler or vernier caliper, and the value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.2 Performance
6.2.1 Place a weight twice the pure water capacity of the box in the box, close the lid and fasten the box buckle, lift the box lid to a height of not less than 0.8m, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.
6.2.2 Place a weight twice the pure water capacity of the box in the box, use the two box buckles as fulcrums, lift the box to a height of not less than 0.8m, let it stand for 10 minutes, then take out the weight and fill it with water, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1. 6:3 Product quality requirements
6.3.1 Wrinkles, pits, and cancers are measured with a steel tape measure or vernier caliper, and the value shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. Scratches are measured with a steel tape measure and a feeler gauge, and the value shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.2
6.3.3 The roughness of the polished and sanded surfaces shall be checked in accordance with GB/T6062 or GB/T6060.4, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. The edges shall be measured by visual inspection, hand touch and feeler gauge, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.4
6.3.5 Spot welding, decoration and identification marks shall be checked by visual inspection and hand touch, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.6
Coordination of the cover and the body: First, place the weight of the pure water capacity of the box in the box, close the cover and lift the cover, the box body can fall off automatically, then take out the QB/T1622.111992
code, close the cover, lift the cover, and the box body cannot fall off automatically. The gap and the height of the cover edge shall be measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper, and the values shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1.
6.3.7 Box buckle seat symmetry test: Place the box body on a flat plate, place a steel ruler on the center line of the long axis of the box body mouth plane, then use a steel angle ruler to close the edge of the box buckle seat, use a vernier caliper to measure the distance between the box buckle seat edge and the center line of the long axis, and use the same method to measure the other side and the other buckle seat sides. The maximum half difference should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.8 Bottom plane inner convex value test: Place the box body mouth downward on a flat plate, use a steel ruler to stand it horizontally parallel to the long side, and use a depth gauge to measure its maximum deformation. The value should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. Inspection rules
Should meet QB/T1622.3.
