This part applies to all types of paragliding venues open to the public. 2 Normative references GB19079.12—2005 The clauses in the following documents become the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced documents, all amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, the parties to the agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced documents, the latest versions shall apply to this standard. GB/T10001.1 Public information graphic symbols for signs Part 1: General symbols 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB19079. 3.1 para-gliderplace paragliding place places that can meet the needs of people for paragliding sports training, competition, fitness and leisure activities. 3.2 para-glider refers to a kind of ultra-light soft-body aircraft. 3.3 paragliding para-gliding refers to the activity of people using paragliders. 3.4 para-glider instructor refers to the person who teaches the theory and skills of paragliding sports. 4 Qualifications of practitioners para-glider instructors and others should hold relevant national professional qualification certificates before they can read. 5 Site, facilities and equipment conditions 5.1 Site 5.1.1 The site should be flat, not less than 30m in length, not less than 20m in width, with a slope of no more than 30° and no obstacles above. 5.1.2 The landing site should be flat, not less than 50m in length, not less than 50m in width and no obstacles above. 5.1.3 There should be a site use certificate. 5.2 Flight equipment 5.2.1 Paragliders and reserve parachutes should obtain product inspection certificates issued by professional technical organizations that meet the statutory conditions. 5.2.2 During flight, reserve parachutes, two-way radio communication equipment, stopwatches and altimeters should be equipped, and helmets and special flight shoes should be worn. :comGB 19079.12—2005 5.3 Other facilities 5.3.1 There should be broadcasting and communication equipment. 5.3.2 There are wind speed and direction measuring instruments. 5.3.3 Public signs for instructions should comply with the requirements of GB/T10001.1. Safety and security 6.1 There are "Instructions for Flight Personnel" and safety warnings in conspicuous locations. 6.2 Paraglider operators should obtain a "Paragliding Sports Certificate" issued by the Chinese Aviation Sports Association. 6.3 The distance between the paraglider and any spatial obstacles during flight is not less than 50 m. 6.4 There are rescue vehicles equipped with oxygen bags, student beds, first aid medicines and equipment. 6.5 Provide current weather reports. 6.6 There are public security precautions and emergency response plans. 6.7 Various personnel posts are clearly marked. 3 There are sound public security protection, safety protection, equipment maintenance systems and personnel service post responsibility systems. 6.8 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
