GB/T 8659—2001
This standard is based on the advanced technical indicators and actual measured values of similar foreign products, and revises GB8659-1988 "Butadiene rubber BR9000 (cis-1,4-butadiene rubber)".
The main differences between this standard and the previous version are: 1. The name of the standard "Butadiene rubber BR9000 (cis-1,4-butadiene rubber)" was changed to "Butadiene rubber (BR) 9000". 2. The technical indicators of the products were revised. Superior products: "Volatile matter\changed from\≤0.75%\to\≤0.50%", "Raw rubber Mooney viscosity\ML (1+4)100℃changed from 45±5\to "45±4", the upper and lower limits of "300% elongation stress" were narrowed, and the "tensile strength" was improved. The technical indicators of first-class products and qualified products, except for "mixed rubber Mooney viscosity" and "tear elongation", have been greatly improved compared with the original standards. 3. The use of ASIM is listed in the chapter on technical requirements of this standard. The technical indicators of IRB No.7 mixing, the appendix of the standard lists the technical indicators of mixing using ASTM IRB No.6. The previous version only lists the technical indicators of mixing using ASTM IRB No.6. 4. Ash content is no longer an inspection item before leaving the factory, and it must be inspected at least once a quarter. 5. The regulations on antioxidants have been cancelled.
6. The inspection rules have been added with content that can be negotiated by both parties if quality disputes occur. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard replaces GB8659-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by China Petrochemical Corporation. This standard was issued by the National Rubber and Rubber The Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber Products belongs to the Synthetic Rubber Sub-Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Synthetic Rubber Factory, China National Petroleum Corporation Lanzhou Petrochemical Branch Chemical Research Institute.
The main drafters of this standard are: Ye Xiuli, Zhai Yueqin, Guo Hongda, Meng Xiangfeng, and Wei Hening. This standard was first issued in January 1988 and revised for the first time in 2001. 1 Scope

4 Inspection rules
GB/T 8659--2001
4.1 The items listed in this standard are all type inspection items, volatile matter, raw rubber Mooney viscosity, mixed rubber Mooney viscosity, 300% elongation stress, tensile strength, and elongation at break are factory inspection items. Ash content shall be inspected at least once every quarter. 4.2 The manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection on BR9000 shipped according to this standard and ensure that all shipped products meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate.
4.3 Sampling rules
4.3.1 Sample extraction
Randomly extract rubber packages from the same batch of products as samples. The number of rubber packages extracted should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Sampling regulations
Total number of rubber packages in a batch
40-~100
4.3.2 Selection of laboratory samples
Number of sample packages
Laboratory samples are selected from the extracted samples: Remove the outer sheath and polyethylene film from the rubber package, cut through the largest surface of the rubber package perpendicularly, and do not use lubricants. According to the test items, the total mass of each laboratory sample should be 600g~1500g. If the laboratory sample is not tested immediately, it should be placed in a moisture-proof container with a volume not exceeding twice that of the sample. 4.3.3 Preparation of laboratory mixed samples
Take laboratory samples of equal mass and prepare an appropriate amount of laboratory mixed samples according to the initial operation steps of the mixing procedure. 4.4 When laboratory mixed samples are used for outbound inspection, if any item in the inspection results does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the spare laboratory mixed samples should be re-inspected. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the batch of products should be downgraded or determined as unqualified. 4.5 The user has the right to inspect and accept the received BR9000 according to this standard. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it should raise an objection within two months of arrival. The user shall be responsible for the decline in product quality due to improper storage, improper use, etc. If there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, they can negotiate to resolve it or the quality arbitration unit can conduct arbitration inspection according to this standard. If there is a dispute over the quality of the rubber package, 40 rubber packages can be randomly selected from the entire batch of rubber for weighing. The difference between the total net mass of the rubber package and the rated total mass of the rubber package should be less than 0.5% of the rated total net mass of the rubber package. 4.6 Arbitration
The volatile matter and Mooney viscosity of each rubber package constituting the sample shall be inspected individually. The inspection of other items shall be carried out in accordance with 4.4. The volatile matter and Mooney viscosity shall be judged as to whether the batch is qualified or not according to the provisions of Table 3. If the number of unqualified samples in sample n is greater than the qualified judgment number Ac of the batch, the batch of products is unqualified, otherwise it is qualified. Table 3 Judgment rules

5.1 The inner layer of BR9000 is packed with high-pressure polyethylene film printed with trademarks or special marks, with a thickness of 0.04mm~0.06mm and a melting point of no more than 110℃; the outer layer is packed with a layer of kraft paper pressed with low-pressure ethylene or high-pressure polyethylene and polypropylene composite woven cloth. The net weight of each bag is 25kg+0.25kg.
5.2 The front of each packaging bag should be clearly marked with: registered trademark, product name, brand, manufacturer (company) name, address, net weight, standard number, grade, production date and production batch number, quality assurance period, GB/T 8659—2001
5.3 When storing, the rubber should be neatly stacked in rows and piles, and a certain row spacing should be maintained. The stacking height should not exceed 10 bags. The rubber should be stored in a warehouse with ventilation, cleanness and dryness at room temperature. Open-air stacking and direct sunlight exposure are strictly prohibited. 5.4 During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent direct sunlight exposure and rain soaking. The transportation vehicle should be clean to avoid damage to the packaging bag and mixing of debris.
