1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2110-91
This standard specifies the specifications and basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods and inspection rules of tire retreading vulcanizer (hereinafter referred to as vulcanizer).
This standard applies to the vulcanizer for retreading the outer tire of pneumatic tire by traditional method, and does not apply to the vulcanizer for partial retreading and pre-vulcanization retreading of the outer tire of vulcanized pneumatic tire. 2 Reference standards

Vulcanizers should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The tensile strength of the steam jacket material is not less than "442N/mm24.2
The model material is aluminum alloy, and its tensile strength is not less than "196N/mm24.3
The vulcanizer should have a manual or automatic control of the opening and closing mold device, 4.5
The vulcanizer should have a device that automatically removes and pushes out the vulcanized tire from the two half molds. Vulcanizers with specifications greater than or equal to 1530 should have white dynamic Or semi-automatic tire loading and unloading device, 4.6

The vulcanizer should have the following instruments:

4.12 Various pipeline systems should be connected reliably and smoothly without leakage. 4.13 The steam jacket, hydraulic (gas) cylinder, etc. must be subjected to a water jade test. The test pressure shall not be lower than 1.5 times the working pressure. The pressure shall be maintained for 10 minutes without leakage.
4.14 During vulcanization, the heat transfer of the inner wall of the steam jacket should be uniform, and the temperature difference between the crown parts of the two half molds shall not exceed 5℃. 4.15 The pattern and the model must be firmly inlaid. When the pattern width is not more than 12mm, the gap value should be less than 0.03mm. When the pattern width is greater than 12mm, the gap value should be less than 0.05mm. The surface roughness Ra value of the model inner cavity shall not be greater than 3.2um, and the surface roughness Ra value of the pattern shall not be greater than 6.3μum. 4.16
The appearance quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541. 4.17
The paint quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010. 5 Safety requirements
The vulcanizer should have an emergency brake device:
5.2 The electric vulcanizer should have a safety device that automatically cuts off the power source when the mold is closed to the end position. 5.3 The vulcanizer should have a safety device to prevent the upper and lower steam chambers from closing automatically after the mold is opened. 5.4 The vulcanizer should have a safety device that can only open the model when the pressure in the bladder (or water tire) is lower than 0.03MPa. 5.5 The noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during idling shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 5.6 The outside of the steam jacket of the vulcanizer should be filled with heat-insulating materials. During vulcanization, the difference between the average temperature of its outer surface and the ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃.
5.7 The transmission parts of the vulcanizer exposed outside the machine should have protective devices. 6 Test methods
6.1 Idle running test
6.1.1 After the whole machine is qualified for assembly inspection, a continuous idling test of opening and closing the mold for not less than 20 times should be carried out. 6.1.2 The idling test should check the following items:. After the upper and lower mold halves are closed, the parallelism error value of the two mold halves is detected by the lead sheet imprint method; b. In the mold opening and closing test, the upper or lower steam chamber should move smoothly without any obstruction and stay in any position for 15 minutes, and the displacement should not be greater than 2mm;

The vulcanizer should not have periodic vibration and dishing sound during operation; c.
Measure the noise level of the vulcanizer during operation; d.
Inspect the flexibility and reliability of various instruments, valves and other components. 6.2 Hot mold vulcanization test
After the idle running test is passed, a 72h hot mold vulcanization test must be carried out. 6.2.2
The following items must be checked during the test:
Check the values ​​of various pressure and overflow instruments; measure the thickness of the rubber edge at the crown of the tire:
Measure the temperature difference between the crown of the two half molds and the temperature of the outer surface of the steam jacket; check the steam jacket, hydraulic cylinder body and other components for leakage; d.
Check the operation of removing the tire from the two half molds, pushing out the tire and loading and unloading the tire, and there must be no obstruction; check that the operation of various instruments, valves and other components should be flexible and reliable; check the various provisions in the safety requirements
7 Inspection rules
Factory inspection
Each product must be inspected before it is shipped out. The factory inspection should check the items specified in 4.17, 4.18:6:1 and comply with their provisions. 7.1.21
7.1.3 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can leave the factory. When leaving the factory, it should be accompanied by a product quality certificate and main measured data.
7.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should check all requirements in the standard; 7.2.2
Type inspection is required in any of the following situations. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when the product has major changes in design, structure, materials, and process; when the product is discontinued for more than three years and resumed; during normal production, at least one unit shall be sampled and inspected every year. 7.2.3 When the sample test fails, two more units shall be sampled. If there is still one unit that fails, the reason shall be found out and the product shall be inspected one by one.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
&1 Each vulcanizer shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. The type, size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8.8.2 The basic content on the product label shall include: a.

83 The packaging quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543, and the packaging and transportation marks of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388. 8.4
The vulcanizer shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place before installation to avoid moisture. Rainproof measures shall be taken for outdoor storage. 8.5
