Product inspection rules and regulations for factory inspection
6.1 "Outgoing inspection"

6.2 Type inspection

The weld chain of the frame is inspected by radiography.
Type inspection is carried out for each model and type. Three samples are taken as a group. All the accessories must be equipped with two sets of complete accessories. The type inspection is effective! The new batch of frames shall be inspected by radiography for three sets. The welding defects such as welding cracks and holes shall not be found. If the welding defects are not good, the whole batch shall be reported (or another inspection shall be carried out for other products).
7.1 Add a semi-solid mark on the appropriate position of the frame, which includes the manufacturer's name, product model code, production date or product batch number, product level, etc. 7.?
