6.1.3 The maximum total mass and axle load mass of the transport vehicle shall comply with the requirements specified by the chassis. 6.1.4 The maximum exterior corridor size of the transport vehicle shall comply with the provisions of GB1589. Transport vehicles must be equipped with reliable static conductive grounding devices and fire extinguishing devices. 6.1.5
The side guardrails and rear lower safety protection devices of the transport vehicle shall comply with the regulations of GB11567. 6.1.63
The connection between the storage tank and the chassis should be firm and reliable, and the longitudinal center plane of the tank and the center plane of the chassis should coincide. 6.1.7
The chassis longitudinal beam is allowed to be extended. After the extension, the rear suspension of the vehicle shall comply with the provisions of GB7258 and "Vehicle Regulations". 6.1.8
The welds of welded parts should be firm, and defects such as weld penetration, cracks and missing welds are not allowed. 6.1.9

The braking performance, maximum speed, climbing performance, handling stability and fuel consumption of the transport vehicle must meet the technical requirements specified by the chassis.
6.1.11 The noise of transport vehicles shall comply with the regulations of GB1495. 6.1.12 Emissions should comply with the regulations of GB14761.5 and GB14761.6. 6.1.13 The safety devices and accessories installed on the transport vehicle (such as safety valves, liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, explosion-proof devices, fire extinguishing equipment and various inspection doors, etc.) should comply with the requirements of relevant standards and regulations, and should be accompanied by factory Inspection certificate or quality certificate. 6.1.14 For storage tanks with pumps, the performance of the pump should meet the supporting requirements of the transport vehicle and comply with the relevant cryogenic liquid pump standards. 2 | | tt | provisions of this standard. 6.2.2 The materials used to manufacture storage tanks should have certificates of conformity and comply with relevant national standards and industry standards. Materials used for pressure components should also comply with the requirements of GB150 and Vehicle Regulations. 6.2.3 The thermal insulation material expanded perlite (pearlescent sand) should comply with the following regulations: particle size: 0.1~1.2mm;
loose bulk density: 30~60kg/m2;
moisture content: no more than 0.3% (Weight ratio): Thermal conductivity: not greater than 0.032W/(m+K). 6.2.4 The type, air intake, moisture content and activation conditions of adsorbent materials should comply with the requirements of the drawing. 6.2.5 The butt welds of the inner vessels (categories A and B) of the storage tank should be subject to 100% X-ray inspection. In line with the Level II requirements of JB4730: the butt welds of the outer vessels (categories A and B) should be subject to 20% X-ray inspection. Comply with the Level III requirements of JB4730; the final composite circumferential weld seam inspection of the outer vessel shall comply with the provisions of GB150 and design drawings. 6.2.6 The test pressures for the strength test, air tightness test and vacuum interlayer air tightness test of the containers in the storage tank shall not be lower than those specified in Table 2. The pressure holding time of the vacuum sandwich air tightness test shall not be less than 4 hours. 6.2.8 All parts related to the vacuum system must be cleaned, and there must be no oil stains, iron eyebrows, welding, or oxidation on the surface skins and other debris.
6.3 Paint
6.3.1 The paint of the transport vehicle shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB2536 and design drawings. 6.3.2 The color and markings of the transport vehicle tank shall be in accordance with the "Vehicle Regulations" and drawings. The bumper (railing) of the transport vehicle should be painted with black and yellow warning stripes. All exposed ferrous metal parts should be treated with rust prevention. 6.3.3 The words "Cryogenic Liquid Transport Truck" in long imitation Song Dynasty paint should be painted in blue on the rear and upper part of the storage tank or as specified in the drawing, and the words "Strictly No Open Fire" should be painted in red below (except for liquid cyanide, liquid oxygen and liquid carbon dioxide transport vehicles). (It can also be arranged in the center of the horizontal centerline ribbon on both sides, leaving the middle of the ribbon blank and unpainted. If necessary, use sky blue background and milky white to mark the factory logo on the central ribbon on both sides of the storage tank. 6.3.4 All painted The layers should be uniform, bright in color, smooth and beautiful, and should not have wrinkles, bubbles, cracks, flow marks and other defects. 6.4 Before the transport vehicle leaves the factory, the container and piping system in the storage tank should be filled with 0.02-0.05MPa (or as specified in the drawing). 6.5 Provided that the user abides by the provisions of the product instruction manual, the accumulated mileage of the product shall not exceed 50,000km within 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. 8.1 Factory inspection
8.1.1 The product must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department and a product qualification certificate can be issued before it can leave the factory. 8.1.2 Each transport vehicle must be inspected before leaving the factory, with a mileage of not less than 150km, and inspection of purchase and purchase Whether the chassis connection is damaged, whether the connecting parts are loose, whether the storage box is deformed, whether the attachments are securely fixed, whether all facilities are safe and reliable, and whether they can meet the usage requirements. If the fault during driving can be eliminated with on-board tools, test It can be continued, otherwise it should be returned to the factory for maintenance or re-testing. 8.1.3 The evaporation rate inspection shall be carried out according to the requirement of sampling one unit for every five units and two units for more than five units. The evaporation rate shall be measured after the transport vehicle has been driven for 150 km. The evaporation rate can also be tested at the user's site according to the contract. Other items are inspected one by one. The factory inspection items are as specified in Table 3
When the finalized products are produced in batches. The random inspection of special-purpose vehicles with more than 10 units produced shall be carried out at least once a year, and the random inspection items shall be as specified in Table 3
8.3, final inspection

9.3 Transportation
9.3.1 When transporting by road, the transport vehicle shall be transported by self-driving method and shall comply with the relevant regulations of JB6898. 9.3.2 The transport vehicle is allowed to be transported by railway or waterway. It can drive on and off the vehicle (ship) by itself or by towing. If it must be loaded and unloaded by hoisting, a special spreader should be used, and the fuel and cooling water should be drained during loading and unloading. When installing on a vehicle (ship), the wheels should be fixed. 9.4 Storage
Transport vehicles should be parked in a ventilated, moisture-proof and fire-fighting warehouse, and maintained according to the instruction manual.
