Some standard content:

QB/T2249
This standard adopts the new atmospheric conditions (23±1)℃, (50±2)%RH, so the technical indicators have been adjusted accordingly, which is equivalent to the original standard level. This standard adopts FOCT9168-1980 "Gravure Printing Paper" in a non-equivalent manner. The sampling inspection of this standard is determined according to GB/T2828-1987 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Continuous Batch Inspection)".
The dustiness of this standard is determined according to GB/T1541--1989 "Determination of Dustiness of Paper and Paperboard". This standard is proposed by the Food and Papermaking Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Kaishantun Chemical Fiber Pulp Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Li Keji.
From the date of implementation of this standard, the original light industry department standard QB322-1980 "Gravure Printing Paper" will be invalid. 438

4.6 The paper should be super calendered.
4.7 The diameter of the roll is (800 ± 50) mm. Paper size: in accordance with GB/T147 or the provisions of the order contract. The size error shall not exceed ±3 mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3 mm.
4.8 The joints of the rolls shall be bonded with a uniform thin layer of tape or impermeable glue. The glue shall not be attached to another layer. The width of the joint shall not exceed 15 mm. The joints shall be marked with colored paper strips or color on the end of the roll. 4.9 The paper surface shall be flat and shall not have folds, wrinkles, damage, various spots, streaks, sand grains, hard blocks, light-transmitting points, wool cloth marks and holes visible by light.
4.10 Non-periodic internal paper defects of the roll that are not easy to find during the rewinding process, such as those listed in 4.9 of this standard, shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 5.12 of this standard and shall not exceed 2%.
4.11 The height difference between the highest and lowest of each meter of paper stack shall not exceed 7cm. 4.12 The following conditions shall be considered as second-class products, but no more than two conditions shall be met at the same time. 440

6.7 The buyer has the right to inspect the product quality according to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality, it should notify the supplier to conduct a joint re-inspection or entrust the inspection department to conduct a re-inspection within one month after the arrival of the goods (or as stipulated in the contract). If it does not meet the provisions of this standard, it will be judged as a batch unqualified and the supplier will be responsible for handling it; if it meets the provisions of this standard, it will be judged as a batch qualified and the buyer will be responsible for handling it. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 The packaging and marking of gravure printing paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342. 7.2 During transportation, it must be transported by a canopy, rainproof, moisture-proof and clean transportation vehicle. 7.3 When transporting, do not drop the paper (roll) from a height or roll it over on the spot. 7.4 Gravure printing paper should be properly stored and protected from rain, snow, ground moisture and harmful substances. It is strictly forbidden to squeeze it with large objects.
