This standard is based on the enterprise standard Q/IIS7002-93 "Regulations for the preparation of offshore oil engineering design documents" of China National Offshore Oil Corporation and has been revised and upgraded to an industry standard. This standard is divided into 9 chapters. On the basis of the original standard, Chapter 2 "Citation of Standards" and Chapter 9 "Version of Design Documents" are added. The focus of the revision is to modify and supplement Chapter 6 (formerly Chapter 5) "Compilation of Diagrams and Charts", and to make the revised content of Chapter 8 (formerly Chapter 7) "Design Documents" more specific. In order to meet the needs of offshore petroleum engineering design to be in line with international standards and to facilitate the bidding of foreign-related projects, this standard gives English examples for the arrangement of text materials and the format of diagrams in Chapters 4 and 9. When using this standard, each unit should compile the file compilation format and diagrams into templates to meet the needs of the development of computer-aided design. This standard was issued on September 21, 2000 and implemented on February 1, 2001. This standard was proposed and approved by China National Offshore Oil Corporation. The drafting unit of this standard is China National Offshore Oil Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Li Yingxiang, Zhu Mangui, Yang Zhenyu, Di Huimin, and the chief reviewer of this standard is Zeng Hengyi.

52.3 Page numbering
SY/T 10036—2001
Leave a blank line between an article and a chapter.
Page numbers can be numbered in general order or by chapter. When numbering in general order, the cover page is page 1 (see Figure 6 and Figure 7), and the page number should indicate the total number of pages. This page is page ××. For example: Page 3 of a total of 10 pages, in English, it is "PAGE3OF10\: When numbering by chapter, it is numbered as \page per chapter\, such as Chapter 2, Chapter 5, written as \2-5", and the page number should be written in the lower right corner of the footer of each page (see Figure 10 and Figure 11) 52.4 Arrangement of Appendix
5.241 The appendix should be written on a separate page. The two words "Appendix\" should be written in the center above the appendix article and occupy a separate line. The appendix should be numbered in English capital letters starting from A and written after the two words "Appendix", such as Appendix A and Appendix B. If there is only one appendix, it should be written as Appendix 1. The appendix must have a title, which should be written below the appendix, centered on the first line. The appendix should be numbered continuously after the main text, and can also be numbered separately when necessary, and included in the table of contents (see Figure 8): 5242 The arrangement of the articles in the appendix should be the same as that of the main text (see 5.2.2.1). However, the serial numbers A and B of the appendix should be added before the numbers of the chapters and articles. For example, the article numbers of Appendix A are represented by A1, A1.1, and A1.1.1. 5 2 4 3 English example
The requirements for English appendixes are basically the same as those for Chinese appendixes, but there must be a space of one character between the appendix and the serial number, and \:\ should be added after AB or C to separate it from the title. Example: APPENDXA:××××. The appendix should be numbered continuously after the main text, and can also be numbered separately when necessary and included in the table of contents (see Figure 9)
5.2.5 Design document code and numbering system
Offshore oil engineering design projects adopt the "classification code -- unit (or area) code -- professional code -- sequence number" numbering method. The design stage code is indicated in the project number. a) Design stage code (see Table 1);
b) Classification code (see Table 2):
c) Unit, area code (see Table 3); Oilfield area codes are represented by A, B, C, such as Area A, Area B, Area C, etc. When there are special requirements, English abbreviations can be used, such as PA for test area, SA for satellite area, etc. When the monomer and area code appear for the first time in the design document, the full English name must be written;
d) Professional code (see Table 4);
e) The serial number is generally a three-digit code, such as 001~999; if there are a large number of drawing files, a four-digit code can also be used, such as 00019999, but the number of digits in the serial number of the same type of file should be consistent: 4
