This standard is a revision of ZBD51005—88 "Pyrite". With reference to foreign standards and in combination with the current situation of commercial ore production in my country, this revision specifies technical requirements for pyrite (raw ore) and concentrate separately, and the name of the standard is changed to "Pyrite and pyrite concentrate". The technical requirements for the superior grade of combed concentrate in this standard are not equivalent to TOCT 444-75 (92) "Floatation pyrite"; the non-equivalent first-grade grade of pyrite concentrate is rOCT444-75. According to the resource characteristics and production reality of my country, the carbon index is increased, and the moisture content is changed to be agreed upon by both parties.
This standard is in accordance with GB/T12707-91 "Guidelines for the Classification of Industrial Product Quality", and divides the quality of pyrite and sulfur concentrate products into three grades. Except for moisture content, the items specified in the technical requirements are retained. According to the principle of rationally utilizing my country's pyrite resources, meeting the requirements of acid production process, combining the current production situation, and actively adopting foreign advanced standards, necessary adjustments are made to the technical indicators of various items in the previous version. This standard is applicable to various types of pyrite products in my country, including pyrrhotite and coal-bearing rock pyrite. From the date of its entry into force, this standard will replace ZBD51 005-88 at the same time. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China, and this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Mining Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 5.1 Pyrite or sulfur concentrate products of the same quality sent to the same user are one delivery batch. 5.2 Each delivery batch of pyrite or sulfur concentrate products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production unit. The production unit shall ensure that all product indicators meet the requirements of this standard. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it shall be raised within 15 days after arrival, and the batch of products shall be kept intact until the two parties negotiate and deal with it. 5.4 This standard adopts the "rounded value comparison method" specified in GB/T1250 to determine whether the inspection results meet the standard requirements. 5.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and need arbitration, the relevant product quality arbitration provisions in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" shall be followed.
5.6 If the content of individual impurity items in pyrite or sulfur concentrate products is lower than the requirements specified in this standard, the impurity items can be negotiated by the supply and demand parties for regular inspection. ,
6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6.1 Each batch of pyrite or sulfur concentrate products should have a quality instruction manual, indicating the production unit, product name, product grade, quality index, product net weight, batch number, delivery date and this standard number. 6.2 Pyrite or sulfur concentrate products are transported in bulk by train, car or ship, and sulfur concentrate powder needs to be covered with tarpaulin. 6.3 Pyrite or sulfur concentrate products that are not delivered in batches should be stacked separately.
