This standard revise SC/T2002-1994 "Formula feed for shrimp in China". During the revision, the preface was added in terms of format. In terms of content, the index values of raw material crushing particle size, water stability (loss rate), crude protein, crude fat, and crude fiber in the physical and chemical indicators of compound feed were adjusted, the pH index was deleted, and the powder content, calcium, total phosphorus and lysine index were added. The hygiene requirements were changed to reference relevant standards. This standard was proposed by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Marine Aquaculture Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Aquatic Standardization. Shrimp compound feed

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of shrimp compound feed. This standard is applicable to compound feeds for Chinese shrimp (Penarus chinentis Osbeck), whiteleg shrimp (Penaeus annamei Boone), giant tiger prawn (Penaeus monedlom Fabricius) and Japanese shrimp (P'enaeus japonicus Bate). Other shrimp compound feeds can also be used for reference.

4. 1 Sensory properties
It has the normal smell of feed, is granular, has a uniform color, a smooth surface without cracks, a neat cut, uniform size, no rancidity, oil burning, etc., no toxic deterioration, agglomeration, or insect pests. 4.2 Physical and chemical indicators

5.4 Determination of stability in water
5.4.1 Instruments and equipment

Mesh sieves (6.5 cm high, 6.5 cm in diameter, in a barrel shape) made of metal mesh with a pore size of 0.450 mm (for shrimp feed with a particle size less than 1.5 mm) and 0.850 mm (for shrimp feed with a particle size equal to and greater than 1.5 mm). Scale: accuracy 0.1 cm.

5.4.2 Determination steps
Weigh three samples of compound shrimp feed, each with more than 10 grams. Take one sample (control sample) and dry it in an oven at 105C until constant weight. Perform parallel tests on the other two samples (test samples): put them in the prepared sieves respectively, and place the sieves in a container containing 5.5rm deep seawater; the seawater temperature is 25C~~28C, the salinity is 20~~30, and the seawater can also be replaced by 2.5%~2. 8% sodium chloride solution; wait for 2 h, lift the sieve from the bottom to the water surface and move it up and down three times each. When sinking, make the feed leave the bottom of the sieve, then take out the sieve. Put the feed in the sieve into a 105°C oven to dry to constant weight: take the arithmetic mean, and the relative deviation is allowed to be 4%. 6.1 Inspection classification
6. 1.1 Factory inspection
Inspect the sensory properties, moisture, crude protein, packaging and labeling specified in the standard. 6. 1-2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: When a new product is put into production:
"-- When there are major changes in materials, formulas, and processes that may affect product performance: - During normal production, periodic inspections shall be conducted at least once a year after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; - When production is resumed after a stoppage of 10 days;
- When there is a significant difference between the results of the factory inspection and the first type inspection; - When the national quality supervision and inspection agency requires type inspection. 6.2 Sampling
6.2. 1 Composition of the batch
The manufacturer shall take at least one product produced on the same day as one inspection batch; sampling shall be conducted at the sales or user's location according to the batch number indicated on the product's factory packaging.
6.2.2 Sampling method
Product sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14699.1. 6. 3 Judgment rules
If the sanitary index does not meet the requirements or has changes, rancidity, caking, or parasites in the inspection results, the product is judged to be unqualified; if there are unqualified items in other indicators, re-sample the original sample for re-inspection, and the re-inspection results shall prevail. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged to be unqualified.

7 Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Labeling
Product labeling shall be carried out in accordance with GB10648.

7.2.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of compound shrimp feeds shall comply with the requirements of quality assurance, quantity assurance, transportation safety and classified storage to prevent deterioration and contamination.
7.2.2 The packaging shall be accompanied by a product manual to explain the main technical indicators and usage requirements of the product. 7.3 Shelf life
