1 Subject content and scope of application
JB/T 6665.2-93
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of light and small diesel engine-pump direct-coupled units.
This standard is applicable to light and small diesel engine-ticket direct-connected units (hereinafter referred to as units) with flow rates of 8~170m/h, lifts of 7~60m, and matching powers of 2.21~11.03kW.

3.1.1 The unit shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The unit shall be able to work normally under the conditions of conveying clean water with a temperature not exceeding 40°C or water specified in GB5084. 3.1.3 The power reserve coefficient of the diesel engine of the unit is 1.1~1.4. 3.1.4 The unit should have good field mobility. The total weight of the hand-lifted unit should not exceed 100kg; the wheel tires of the trolley-type unit should comply with the provisions of GB7377, and the outer diameter of the new tire should not be less than 500mm, and the cross-sectional width should not be less than 37mm. 3.1.5 The frame of the unit should have sufficient strength. 3.2 Performance requirements

3.6.1 All parts must be inspected and qualified (outsourced parts, purchased parts, matching parts and standard parts should have quality certificates) before assembly.
3.6.2 The rotating parts of the assembled unit should rotate flexibly without obstruction. 3.7 Appearance quality
The outer surface of the unit should be free of stains and rust, and the matching water pump and diesel engine should meet the requirements of the relevant standards. 3.8 Safety
The exposed rotating parts of the unit should have reliable protective devices. 3.9 Reliability
3.9.1 Failure
According to its cause and the degree of impact on the normal operation of the unit, it is divided into four categories: a.

When the unit is operated under rated conditions, the mean time to first failure (MTTFF) should be no less than 300h. 4 Test method
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The accuracy of various equipment and instruments used in the test should meet the measurement accuracy requirements. 4.1.2 The test equipment and instruments used in the test should have a valid calibration certificate. 4.1.3 The test medium, environment, temperature, etc. should comply with the relevant standards. 4.1.4 During the test, each data must be accurate and reliable. The performance test of the unit shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3216. 4.3 Reliability test
The unit should be operated under rated conditions to assess its reliability. During the test, the number of replacement and repair times of parts and the corresponding actual working time (minor failures are not counted) should be recorded during the operation time. 4.3.2

5.2.2 Sampling inspection and judgment and disposal rules shall comply with the provisions of GB2828. The inspection level can be the general inspection level ", the qualified quality level (AQL) is 4.0, the inspection batch is the monthly (or daily) output of the product or the order batch at one time, and the normal inspection is a sampling plan; it can also be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the ordering party.
5.3 Type inspection
The items of type inspection are all the technical requirements specified in this standard. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: trial production and finalization of new or old products; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when batch production is carried out to understand the stability of product quality, periodic inspection is carried out; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension;
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The packaging of the unit shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties, but it shall be ensured that it will not be damaged due to poor packaging under normal transportation conditions. The packaging shall be waterproof, and the exposed machined surface of the product shall be coated with anti-rust grease before packaging. 6.3 Storage
6.3.1 The units that have passed the inspection should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated finished product warehouse. For temporary outdoor storage, measures such as rain and moisture protection should be taken. 6.3.2 All units that have been stored for more than 12 months must be inspected and repackaged. Guarantee matters
When the user uses the product according to the requirements of the product manual, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing within six months from the date of delivery by the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts (except wearing parts) for the user free of charge.
