Flat highway: in line with national first and second-class highways; b. Mountain highway: average longitudinal slope of the road surface is not less than 5%; b. Gravel highway: in line with national third and fourth-class highways, c. 3.2.2 The test road should be selected with a small traffic flow, which is convenient for the vehicle speed and conducive to the safety of the test. 3.3 Climate conditions There is no restriction on the climate conditions of the driving test (except for special provisions). Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 16, 1995 and implemented on May 1, 1996 4 Test mileage and mileage distribution GB/T 5374-1995 4.1 The total mileage of the reliability test is 6,000 km, including four parts: running-in mileage, inspection mileage, performance test mileage and driving test mileage. The distribution of driving test mileage on various types of road surfaces shall be as specified in Table 1. 4.2 The mileage of mountain roads and gravel roads can be adjusted by no more than 20% according to the specific situation. The mileage of flat roads shall not be changed. 4.3 The reliability mileage shall include 900km of night driving mileage. Light motorcycles are allowed to drive with lights on during the day instead. Table 1 Mileage distribution, % Motorcycles Flat roads Mountain roads Gravel roads 5 Test content and methods 5.1 Preparation before driving Preparation before driving shall be carried out in accordance with Article 3.1 of GB/T 5378. 5.2 Running-in 5.2.1 Before running-in, the mileage indication value of the speedometer shall be checked in accordance with GB/T5376. Light motorcycles 5.2.2 Running-in shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5378. Faults found should be promptly eliminated and included in the fault statistics. 5.3 Inspection before main performance test After running-in, maintenance should be carried out according to the product manual, and an inspection drive of no more than 50km should be carried out. 5.4 Main performance test The main performance test should include the following contents: Starting performance test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5381; b. Braking performance test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5382.1 and GB/T5382.2; Fuel consumption test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5377; Acceleration performance test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5385; Maximum speed test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5384; Climbing performance test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5387; Rapid pollutant measurement, carried out in accordance with GB5466; Noise measurement, carried out in accordance with GB5467; Coasting test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5386; Minimum stable speed test, carried out in accordance with GB/T5383. 5.5 Driving test 5.5.1 During the driving test, the vehicle shall be driven at a higher speed permitted by the product manual and road traffic management regulations while ensuring safety. The vehicle shall not slide. 5.5.2 During the driving process, the vehicle may be inspected, adjusted and maintained according to the product manual. All kinds of faults and replacement parts shall be included in the fault statistics. 5.6 Fault analysis and treatment GB/T53741995 5.6.1 Faults generated during the test shall be analyzed in time, and the test shall be continued after the cause is found and measures are taken. 5.6.2 If a fault leads to related faults, the most serious fault shall be used to classify the faults. 5.6.3 When any of the following situations occurs during the test, the test shall be terminated and reported to the competent department in a timely manner: a. Driving safety cannot be guaranteed due to design and structure reasons; b. Fatal faults or frequent faults occur during the test, making the test impossible to carry out. 5.7 Test record 5.7.1 The main performance test shall be filled in according to the items listed in Table A1 of Appendix A (Supplement). 5.7.2 During the test, the faults that occurred shall be classified according to the terms of GB5359.2 and relevant documents, and filled in according to the items listed in Table A2 and Table A3 of Appendix A. Test report After the test, the results shall be sorted out and a reliability test report shall be prepared based on the test data.
