This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods and inspection rules of hydraulic cycle tire vulcanizer (hereinafter referred to as vulcanizer).
This standard is applicable to hydraulic vulcanizers for vulcanizing various cycle tires, and also applies to motorcycle tire vulcanizers. 2 Reference Standards

5.1 The working components of the hydraulic system shall work reliably and flexibly. 5.2 The vulcanizer shall have a safety device that can only open the model when the pressure in the bladder (or air bag) is lower than 0.03MPa. 5.3 The sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during idling shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 5.4 The outside of the hot plate shall be filled with heat-insulating materials. During vulcanization, the difference between the average temperature of its outer surface and the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 degrees. 6 Test method
61 Idle running test
6 1. 1. Before the idle operation test, the following items should be checked:. Measure the distance between the hot plates when the hot plates of the vulcanizer are opened: b. The product can only be shipped out after passing the inspection of the inspection department of the manufacturer of the lock. The product quality certificate and main measurement data shall be attached when it is shipped out.
7. 2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard and shall comply with its provisions. 7.2 In any of the following cases, the machine shall be subject to type inspection: new products and old products are transferred to production for trial production and adjustment; when the product has major changes in batch structure, material and process; when the product has stopped production for more than three years and resumed production; when normal production is carried out, at least one machine shall be inspected annually; 7.23 When the random inspection fails, two more machines shall be inspected. If there is still one machine that fails, the cause shall be found out and the batch of products shall be inspected one by one.

8.1. Each vulcanizing machine shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position, and the label type, size and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB8. 82 The basic content of the product label shall include: manufacturer name and trademark;

8.3 The packaging quality of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543. 8.4 The packaging and transportation marks of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388, 8.51

Under the condition that the user complies with the relevant requirements of transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks and accepts the product within six months after arrival, the manufacturer shall bear the warranty period of 18 months from the date of arrival of the product.
