Within this range, the bellows is compressed and maintained for 24 hours, and its average elastic force value shall not be less than the design required elastic force. 3.4.12 The design of the rubber bellows shall ensure the reliability of sealing and torque transmission. 3.4.13 The surface of the bellows and other rubber auxiliary seals (L pads, square rings, etc.) shall be smooth and flat, without bubbles, slag inclusions, uneven defects, and flash is not allowed in the sealing part. 3.4.14 The tolerance grade of the unindicated tolerance size of the parts shall be f (precision grade) grade specified in GB/T1804. 3.5 Performance requirements 3.5.1 Leakage: When the outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) is greater than 50mm, the leakage shall not exceed 5mL/h; when the outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) is not greater than 50mm, the leakage shall not exceed 3mL/h. 3.5.2 Wear: The size of the wear must meet the requirements of the service life of the mechanical seal. Usually, the test is carried out with clean water as the medium. After 100h of operation, the wear of any sealing ring shall not exceed 0.03mm. 3.5.3 Service life: The service life shall not be less than 4000h, and this limit shall not apply when the conditions are harsh. 4 Test and inspection methods New products must be tested in accordance with JB4236. Before the finalized products leave the factory, they shall be tested in accordance with JB4236. 4.2 For rubber bellows mechanical seals that require air tightness tests, the air tightness test method shall be used. 4.4 The flatness of the sealing end face of the sealing ring is measured by the "level plane crystal and monochromatic light source interference method. 4.5 The surface roughness of the sealing ring is checked by a roughness measuring instrument or a sample block comparison method.
