General technical requirements
The sub-tillage rate shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.1
The raw materials used shall comply with the relevant provisions of national standards and industry standards and shall be used only after passing the inspection. All parts and components shall be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts shall be assembled only with product certificates. The welds of welded parts shall be uniform, flat and firm, and defects such as false welding, leaking welding, cracks and slag inclusions are not allowed. Cast iron parts are not allowed to have defects such as sand holes, pores and cracks. 3.2 Main performance indicators
The soil loosening depth should be within the range of 10~15cm. The soil loosening ratio should be no less than 45%.
The vegetation destruction rate should be no more than 30%.
The fertilizer discharge adjustment range is 0~450kg/ha. The coefficient of variation of the total discharge stability should be no more than 15%. The coefficient of variation of the consistency of each row discharge should be no more than 10%. The first trouble-free operation time should be no less than 800h. 3.3.1.2 Type 80 shall be made of 65Mn steel in GB699. 3.3.1.3 The hardness of the heat treatment zone of the plowshare shall be 45-55HRC, and the hardness of the non-heat treatment zone shall not be higher than 32HRC. The heat treatment zone and hardness test point are shown in Figure 2.

3.3.1.4 The working surface of the plowshare shall not have defects such as cracks, convexoconcavities, and delamination. 2

The parallelism tolerance of the connecting plates on both sides of the lower end of the column is 0.4mm. 3.3.2.1
3.3.2.2 The column should be subjected to strength test in working state. Load steadily at the lower hole position where the plow zinc is installed, stay under the static load of 1470N for 5 minutes, and its plastic deformation shall not exceed 2mm. 3.3.3 The heat treatment hardness of the sprocket ring is 40~50HRC. 3.3.4 Plow body
3.3.4.1 There should be a gap of 0.5~1mm between the connecting plate at the lower end of the plow post and the plow handle to ensure that the plow zinc can be disassembled and assembled freely. 3.3.4.2 After the plow post and plow blade are assembled, the angular deviation of the center line should be within the range of ±2°. 3.3.5 Frame
3.3.5.1 The planes on the frame should be in the same plane, with a flatness tolerance of 5mm. The beams should be parallel, with a parallelism tolerance of 3mm. 3.3.5.2
3.3.5.3 The traction point connecting plate and the ground wheel support should be perpendicular to the frame respectively, with a verticality tolerance of 2mm. 3.4 Technical requirements for assembly
Each moving part and component must operate flexibly and smoothly without collision and jamming. The adjustment mechanism should ensure the adjustment range and the adjustment should be flexible. The connectors and fasteners must be firmly and reliably connected. The height difference between the horizontal base surface of each plow tip and the bottom plane of the frame is ±5mm. The horizontal projections of each plow blade should be on the same straight line, and the mutual deviation should not exceed 10mm.
3.4.5 Each lubrication part should be fully lubricated.
3.4.6 When the submersible plough is in transport state, the lowest point of the plough shall be no less than 300mm above the ground. 3.5 Safety requirements

3.6.1 The paint coating shall meet the requirements of TQ-1-NP or TQ-1-BP in JB/T5673. 3.6.2 The coating shall ensure that the paint film has no cracks, blistering or shedding within 1 year. 3.6.3 The color tone of the safety device and transmission mechanism is red. The surface of the whole machine after painting shall be flat and smooth, and no obvious indentation or damage is allowed. 3.6.4
Inspection rules
1 Factory inspection

Each submersible tillage plough must be accompanied by the manufacturer's product quality certificate before it can be shipped. Before leaving the factory, each submersible tillage plough should be subjected to an idle running test for no less than 20 minutes and should meet the following requirements: smooth operation without collision or abnormal sound; flexible adjustment mechanism;
Connectors and fasteners must not fall off or loosen; and should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4.5, 3.5 and 3.6.4 of this standard. Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following circumstances: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to other factories; after formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection should be carried out every 3 years; when the product is resumed after a production stoppage of more than 2 years; when there is a major difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The batch for type inspection is 1 to 8 units, and 2 units are randomly selected. The sampling plan and judgment rules are shown in the following table. Item

Marking, packaging and storage
Each submersible plough should be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The label size and technical requirements should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13306. The label should indicate:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model;
Main technical parameters of the product;
Product factory number;
Product factory date.
The packaging must be firm and reliable, comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department, and the technical documents and spare parts accompanying the product should be complete. The documents provided are: 5.4

When storing a submerged plough, the legs should be lowered and the support should be laid flat to prevent the tire from being stressed. There should be good ventilation and moisture-proof and anti-corrosion facilities. Additional remarks:
