The test of HG 2273.4, Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the second-stage conversion thermal protective agent for natural gas of type 205 is carried out. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quality of Z205 natural gas two-stage conversion thermal protective agent shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical indicators specified in this standard. 5.2 In normal production, products are inspected in batches, and the representative quantity of each batch shall not exceed 10. 1.5.3 The test samples of the products shall be randomly sampled by the dedicated personnel of the quality inspection department. The number of sampling units shall be three times the cube root of the total number of units in the product packaging barrels, that is, 3×VN (N is the total number of barrels). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded to an integer. Take out the same number of samples from each opened barrel, a total of about 3 samples, and after being fully mixed, divide them into chemical component analysis samples, activity and strength test samples, test samples and storage samples by reduction method, and put them into sample bottles, seal them, and affix labels: indicate the product name, model, batch number, representative quantity, sampling date, sampler, etc. The samples can be kept for at least one year for inspection. 5.4 When the product fails the inspection, the relevant testing devices, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. shall be checked and calibrated, and retested. If the second inspection is qualified, the third inspection is still required. If the third inspection is also qualified, the quality of the batch of products is qualified. If the second or third inspection is unqualified, the product is considered unqualified. All unqualified products are not allowed to be sold as qualified products, nor can they be mixed with qualified products in the warehouse.
5.5 When retesting, re-sampling can be carried out according to Article 5.3 of this standard, and the test shall be carried out according to the test method in Chapter 4. 5.6 When judging whether the measurement results meet the requirements of the standard, the rounded value comparison method shall be used. 5.7 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over the quality of the products, the demander has the right to re-inspect according to the inspection methods and inspection rules specified in this standard, or to arbitrate with relevant units.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The products listed in this standard should be packaged in iron drums that can prevent moisture and pollution. The outer wall of the packaging barrel must be painted with earth gray or grayish white oil. Each barrel contains 40~50kg-
6.2 Pay attention to sealing when packaging. The packaging container should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should be stamped or represented by the inspector.
6.3· The outside of the packaging container should have a firm mark, indicating the product model, name, batch number, gross weight (kg), net weight (kg), trademark, production period, manufacturer name, and prominently indicate the moisture-averse * mark and the &*prohibited rolling * mark in Figure 6 of GB191. 4 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse, and pollution and moisture are strictly prohibited. 6,5. During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly prohibited to drop, roll and collide. During transportation, there must be rainproof facilities. Additional instructions:
