The quality of the production area environment should comply with the provisions of NY5010. 4 Production Management Measures
4.1 Cultivation Method
4.1.1 Open Field Cultivation
4.1.1.1 Dry Land Cultivation
It is advisable to choose moist and fertile soil, select seedlings with 6 to 8 nodes, and plant them at a spacing of (15cm to 19cm) × 22cm. 4.1.1.2 Paddy field cultivation
Choose sunny, fertile and water-convenient fields, apply sufficient base fertilizer before planting, deep plowing and fine dung, and plant according to the plant spacing of (17cm~20cm)×25cm.
4.1.2 Facility cultivation
The facilities include plastic sheds, solar greenhouses and hotbeds. 4.2 Cultivation season
According to local climatic conditions and variety characteristics, the average daily temperature is stable above 15℃, and sowing can be done. If facility cultivation is adopted, the sowing period can be appropriately advanced.
4.3 Variety selection
Choose varieties with disease resistance, long growth period, good quality and good commercial properties. 4.4 Sowing
Sow the sprouted seed vines on the prepared bed with a row spacing of 2 cm~6 cm, cover with 1 cm~2 cm thick prepared bed soil, and water enough. 4.5 Field management
4.5.1 Land preparation and fertilization
Choose a rotation field with flat land and convenient drainage and irrigation, level the soil, open the bed and cultivate the crops. According to the soil fertility, fertilize according to the requirements of balanced fertilization. 207
NY/T 5094—2002
Appropriate ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers as basal fertilizer, supplemented with urea as topdressing, apply in time. 4.5.2 Planting management
Choose open field, plastic shed, solar greenhouse or greenhouse cultivation according to temperature and terrain conditions. The planting density is 13,000 plants/667m2~16,000 plants/667m. Keep the field dry, and after the seedlings are alive, use 0.3% urea for topdressing once every 10 days. Topdressing should be done once after each harvest.
4.6 Disease and Pest Control
4.6.1 The main diseases of pickled vegetables include damping-off, gray mold, white rust, brown spot, etc.; the main insect pests include cabbage worm, diamondback moth, noctuidae, aphids, etc. bZxz.net
4.6.2 Control methods
4.6.2.1 Agricultural control
Through crop rotation, apply well-rotted organic fertilizer to reduce the source of diseases and insects. Fertilize scientifically, control the use of nitrogen fertilizer, strengthen management, cultivate strong seedlings, and enhance resistance.
4.6.2.2 Physical control
4.6.2.2.1 Trapping: Under the condition of facility cultivation, set up 30cm×20cm yellow viscose or yellow board coated with machine oil, and hang it between the rows at a density of 30 pieces/667m2 to 40 pieces/667m2, higher than the top of the plant, to trap and kill aphids. Use frequency-vibration insecticidal lamps to lure and kill moths and Orthoptera pests. Use sweet and sour wine to lure moths and kill them in a concentrated manner. 4.6.2.2.2 Use silver-gray film to drive away aphids, or use insect-proof nets to isolate them. 4.6.2.3 Biological control
Use Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) wettable powder, natron or toosendan for control during the peak period of moth egg hatching. Sex attractants can be used to control pests during the adult stage.
4.6.2.4 Chemical control
4.6.2.4.1 According to the Announcement No. 199 of the Ministry of Agriculture, the following pesticides shall not be used in the production of pollution-free Yongcai: 19 pesticides: methyl parathion, methyl parathion, parathion, monocrotophos, phosphamidon, phorate, methyl isofenphos, terbufos, methyl thiocyanate, chlorpyrifos, systemic phosphine, carbofuran, aldicarb, chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos, chlorfenapyr, fenamiphos. 4.6.2.4.2 When using pesticides, GB4285 and GB/T8321 (all parts) shall be implemented. 4.7 Harvesting
When the seedlings are more than 30cm long, they can be harvested in batches. After harvesting, yellow leaves and diseased and insect-speckled leaves should be removed immediately and the leaves should be graded and packed. 208
