3.1.1 The thickness of the paint on the product should be even, and there should be no missing paint or wrong paint. 3.1.2 The painted surface should be flat and smooth, and the color and gloss should be even and consistent. QB/T 1588.4--1993
3.1.3 The gloss of the main painted surface of small and medium-sized products shall not be less than 75%; the gloss of the main painted surface of heavy (large) products shall generally not be less than 70%. If artistic paint is used, the pattern should be uniform and the paint film should be full. The surface of the hammered paint should be clear and uniform. 3.1.4 The paint film surface must be clean, free of obvious particles and adhesions, and must not have obvious protrusions, depressions, unevenness, and sandpaper marks. It must not have sagging, bubbling, Whitening, condensation and obvious orange peel phenomenon. Q/T1588.4---1993
3.1.5 The paint layer on the assembly surface of the parts must be firm, the boundaries should be neat and phased, the corners should be clear and neat, and the paint of different colors should not be contaminated with each other, without falling off and cracking. 3.1.6 The paint film should be water-resistant, impact-resistant, and oil-resistant, and should meet the requirements of the product working environment. The paint film should be weather-resistant. According to GB/T1766, its gloss loss should not be lower than level 3, discoloration should not be lower than level 3, powdering should not be lower than level 3, food grains, blistering, rust, and shedding should not be lower than level 1, and long-term profit should not be lower than level 3. 3.1.7 The paint film should be firm and reliable, and its adhesion should not be lower than level 2 specified in GB/T1720. 3.1.8 The paint film should have a certain hardness, which should not be lower than level H specified in GB/T6739. 3.1.9 The working environment should have heat resistance for the paint film. For products with salt spray resistance requirements, the requirements should not be lower than level 2 according to GB/T1740 and CE/T1771.
3.1.10 The painted products must be packaged after the paint film is actually dried. 3.2 Painting requirements
3.2.1 The surface of the casting should be cleaned before painting, and there should be no burrs, scale, rust, sand, scars, oil stains, etc. 3.2.2 The surface of the casting should be flat before painting, and it should comply with the provisions of GB/T9439. The flatness of the non-machined surface should not be greater than 4mm in any 600mm length, and there should be no obvious seams or protrusions or depressions outside the requirements of the drawings. 3.2.3 The external machined surfaces of castings, forgings, stampings, riveted parts, etc. should be treated by flash sand, pickling or phosphating. Other methods can be used to treat their surfaces according to the specific conditions of the parts. 3.2.4 If the surface of the product is rusted due to improper storage or too long storage, the surface treatment should be repeated. 3.2.5 The treated surface should be primed in time, and the primer should be applied evenly without missing any part of the surface and the surface should not be soiled. 3.2.6 The painting environment should be clean, and the relative humidity of the ambient air should not be greater than 80%. 3.2.7 The local depressions on the surface of the casting should be filled and leveled with thixotropic poly putty with a resistance to engine oil of not less than 8 or chemical curing putty at room temperature.
3.2.8 The putty should be applied in several times, and each application should be thin, and should be firmly attached to the previous application, and should not fall off. The application should be done after the previous putty is dry, and the surface should be leveled. The surface should not shrink, crack or fall off after drying. 3.3 Paint material requirements
3.3.1 Paint materials should be scientific and reasonable, such as topcoat, putty, primer, two-coat primer and thinner, which must be matched and in accordance with the relevant technical documents. Paint materials can only be selected after they have passed the inspection. 3.3.2 The paint should be self-drying. The surface drying time of primer, two-coat primer and topcoat should not exceed 0.5h, the actual drying time should not exceed 2h, and the actual drying time of putty should not exceed 4h. The topcoat material should have good protective and decorative properties. 3.4 Paint color requirements
3.4.1 The paint color of each part of the product exterior should be beautiful and generous, with harmonious and even color, smooth and pleasant color. The whole machine can be single or multi-color, and can also be determined by negotiation according to the order. 3.4.2 Colors are recommended to use apple green and cream according to GB/T3181. Red is generally not used for medium green gray except for warning. For obviously unsafe parts, orange and yellow stripes with color patterns shall be used. For some parts with special safety requirements, they shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2893.
3.4.3 The color of the inner cavity of the product shall be slightly lighter than the outer color. The inner wall of the oil tank shall be light-colored. The parts such as the electrical box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.
