1 Subject content and scope of application
1.1 Subject content
This standard stipulates the maximum allowable discharge concentration of aerospace propellant water pollutants by year according to the destination of wastewater discharge. 1.2 Scope of application
This standard applies to the wastewater discharge management of propellants used in aerospace, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion discharge management of construction projects.

The sampling points for hydrazine, methylhydrazine, unylidenedimethylhydrazine, lanethylamine, and diethylenetriamine should be located at the discharge outlet of the workshop or treatment facility; other pollutants should be included in the total discharge Oral sampling. Set up permanent signs at discharge outlets. 4.2 Sampling frequency
The monitoring frequency is determined according to the production cycle. If the production cycle is within 8 hours, sampling will be done every 2 hours; if the production cycle is greater than 8 hours, sampling will be done every 4 hours.
4.3 Determination method
The determination method of pollutants in this standard is carried out according to Table 3. Table 3
