Put the glass halfway on the rubber gasket, and the distance between the edges of the gasket holes on each side shall not be less than 125mm. When testing frosted glass, place the frosted 4.1
on the rim.
Align the indenter (Part 3) with the center of the gasket. Place the buffer (Part 4) between the glass and the indenter. Apply a load to the indenter at a speed of 1000 non-frequency (102kg) per second until the corresponding value listed in 2 is reached. 5.1 The tempered steel glass tested according to this standard shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs a, and 5.2 of this article: Transparent glass: single-line inverted equilateral triangle h; frosted glass and other opaque glass: double-line inverted equilateral rhombus. Marking shall be carried out after the roughening process and before the tempering process. 5.2 The nominal thickness of the glass shall be indicated in the rhombus, and the thickness of the flat glass shall be written in the mesh. 5.3 The minimum size of the marking is shown in Figure 2.
