This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for fluorescent brightener DCB , as well as marking, packaging, transportation and historical records, etc.
This standard applies to dispersed fluorescent brightener DCB made of acrylonitrile, chlorpyrifos and chlorinated nitrile as main raw materials, mainly used for whitening acrylic fiber, nylon fiber, acetate fiber and their fabrics. Structural formula:

4 Test method
4.1 Appearance
Measured by national visual method,
4. 2 Determination of whitening intensity and color light
4.2.1 Materials and equipment
HG/T 2555-93
Fabric: 2g of mulberry acrylonitrile standard adjacent fabric (GB7567); 100g/L of glacial acetic acid (GB/T676);
Equipment: water or laboratory dyeing machine. 4.2.2 Fabric pretreatment
Soak the fabric in 50-60% water for 10min, take it out and squeeze it dry for use. 4.2.3 Preparation of fluorescent brightener DCB suspension Weigh 0.500g of fluorescent brightener DCB standard sample and test sample (200 parts of the test sample are halved, accurate to 0.0005g), place them in a 400mL beaker, add a small amount of water to make a slurry, add 200mL of water and stir thoroughly to make it evenly dispersed, then transfer it to a 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to the scale, shake the spoon and set aside. 4.2.4 Preparation of dye bath
With the standard sample dyeing depth as 0.5% and the bath ratio as 1:100, prepare the dye bath in 5 dye vats according to the formula in Table 2, and adjust the pH to 4~4 with 100g/L acetic acid. 5.

4. 2.5 Dyeing operation
Put the dye vat in a water bath (or dyeing machine) preheated to 70℃. When the temperature in the dye bath reaches 70℃, number the fabrics and immerse them in the dye vat in sequence for dyeing. Stir the fabrics constantly. Within 30 minutes, gradually heat the dye bath to 95-100℃. Keep the temperature for 60 minutes. During the dyeing process, add boiling water to maintain the volume of the dye bath. After dyeing, take out the dyed sample, wash it with water, squeeze it dry, and level it. 4.2.6 Evaluation of whitening intensity and color light
Perform according to the relevant provisions of GB/T2374. 4.3 Determination of particle fineness
Perform according to HG/T2-1121 4.4 Determination of moisture content According to the drying method in GB/T2386, 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Sampling method 5.1.1 Select 10% of the barrels from each batch (the uniform product mixed once is the batch) for sampling. The small batch sampling shall not be less than 3 barrels. 5.1.2 Be careful when sampling to prevent impurities from falling into the product. Use a sampler to take samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the product. After mixing the samples evenly, take about 100 samples and put them in two clean, dry and ground glass bottles. Fluorescent whitening agent DCB should be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department. The manufacturer should ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality certificate and standard number in a certain format. 5.3 User Acceptance
The user unit can check the various quality indicators of the fluorescent whitening agent DCB products received according to this standard to check whether they meet the requirements of this standard.
5.4 Re-inspection
If one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard in the re-inspection result, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.5 Arbitration
When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and need to go to arbitration, the arbitration institution can be selected by both parties through negotiation; during arbitration, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1. The product packaging barrel should be painted with a firm mark, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, standard number, production date, batch number, net weight and product quality certificate. 6.2 Fluorescent brightener DCB products are packaged in 25k fiberboard barrels lined with plastic bags or iron barrels or according to user requirements. 6.3 During transportation, it should be handled with care, sun-proof and waterproof, and the packaging should not be damaged. 6.4 The product should be stored in a shaded, dry and ventilated warehouse.
