National Standard of the People's Republic of China Parallel barsWww.bzxZ.net This standard applies to parallel bars for gymnastics competition and ordinary practice. This standard refers to the international standard ISO378--1980 "Parallel bars" 1 Product classification 1.1 The types of parallel bars can be divided into the following according to their usage: a. Competition parallel bars; b. Ordinary practice parallel bars. 1.2 The basic size parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Figure 1. Table 1 Bar height H Bar length L Bar section is oval Inner distance between two bars S Longitudinal column center distance S Vertical axis lifting distance Movement area Upper barrel part Upper edge of base Base thickness dmx Horizontal width of base Bx Not less than Not less than Basic size Inch Competition type Limit deviation 1300~1850 Short diameter 41 Long diameter 51 420~520 Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 10, 1987±5 UDC685.64 GB8391—87 Ordinary practice type Basic size 1400~1 700 Short diameter 41 Long diameter 51 390~630 Limit deviation 1988-06-01 implementation 1.3 Main raw materials GB8391 Sports area Bar surface: Made of laminated reinforced wood (at least wooden surface) or any other hygroscopic material with the same function of wood (impact strength, moisture absorption, neutral to magnesium oxide). Column foot, support and bar: Made of steel or cast iron. Anti-slip material: rubber or similar material (for competition type). No marks or scratches should be left on the floor. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 The basic size parameters of the parallel bars are specified in Table 1 and Figure 1. 2.2 The technical indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3 Test method Indicator name Elastic force of bar surface Straightness of bar surface Corrosion resistance of electroplating layer Surface quality Stability of base GB8391—87 Competition type Static load of bar surface is 1350N, Deflection is within the range of 54-66mm, Residual deformation after canceling external force shall not exceed 1mm The deflection difference between the two bars shall not exceed 2mm Deviation shall not exceed 3mm Corrosion resistance level is above 7 levels a. Uniform thickness, no hard edges; Ordinary practice type Static load of bar surface is 1350N, No cracks or breaks. Cancel external force Residual deformation does not exceed 3mm Deviation does not exceed 8mm Corrosion resistance level 5 or above a. Uniform thickness and no hard edges. At both ends of the bar surface 1.5m away from the middle section, the diameter is not more than 8mm. b. No cracks, no scars, no decay, c. The color of the spray paint or baking paint is uniform and consistent, without active tree knots, and no more than 3 bubbles, wrinkles and dirty spots on one bar. b. The paint color is consistent, without paint streaks, dirty spots and exposed bottom. Stable Flexible use of matching parts, strong and durable 3.1 Specifications and dimensions are measured with a vernier caliper, steel tape measure or special ruler with the same indication error. 3.2 Elastic force of the bar surface a. For the competition type, the bar surface is placed on two fulcrums 2300mm apart (see Figure 2). The height of the bar surface (the distance from the ground to the top of the bar surface) should be 1750mm. A static load of 1350N is applied at the midpoint. The measured deflection of the bar surface should be within the range of 54~~~66mm. The residual deformation of the bar surface after the external force is removed should not exceed 1mm. For the ordinary practice type, the bar surface is placed on two fulcrums 2300mm apart. A static load of 1350N is applied at the midpoint. The bar surface should not be cracked or broken by visual inspection. The residual deformation of the bar surface after the external force is removed should not exceed 3mm. 3.3 Straightness of the bar surface: The bar surface is placed on two fulcrums 2300mm apart. A thin rope is fixed axially and a heavy object is hung at the other end to make the thin rope taut and straight. The trueness of the bar surface is measured as shown in Figure 3 and should meet the requirements of Table 2. 3.4 Anti-corrosion of electroplating layer Test for 24 hours according to GB5938 "Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS) Method for Corrosion Resistance of Metal Coatings and Chemically Treated Coatings of Light Industrial Products", and make ratings according to GB5944 "Evaluation of Corrosion Test Results of Metal Coatings of Light Industrial Products". 3.5 Surface quality: Visual inspection or comparison inspection based on actual samples. 3.6 Stability and fit of base Stability of base and fit of base, riser, locking cap, bar support, etc., visual inspection by hand feel. 55 GB8391—87 Tensile attenuation Competition type: Stability of base To measure, adjust the parallel bars to a height of 1750mm, fix a rope of 2300±15mm on each of the two bar supports at either end, apply a horizontal force of 900N on the rope, and the base of the parallel bars should not be lifted (see Figure 4). 900N 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The inspection of batch products is divided into batch inspection and periodic inspection. 4.2 Batch inspection 4.2.1 Batch inspection shall be in accordance with the one-time sampling plan of general inspection level ⅡI in GB2828 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)". 4.2.2 The items and clauses of batch inspection, test method clauses and AQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 56 Basic size parameters Elastic force of bar surface Straightness of bar surface Surface quality Stability of base 4.3 Periodic inspection Clause of this standard GB8391—87 Clause of test method Competition type Ordinary practice type 4.3.1 The samples for periodic inspection must be randomly selected from the qualified samples in batch inspection and all of them shall be inspected according to the batch inspection items. If unqualified products are found, they shall be replaced with qualified products. 4.3.2 Periodic inspection shall be carried out every six months and shall also be carried out when the design, key process, main raw materials are changed or when production is resumed after suspension for more than three months. 4.3.3 Periodic inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the single sampling scheme of the discrimination level [I, judgment array (12) in GB2829 "Periodic Inspection Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Stability of Production Process)". 4.3.4 The items and clauses of periodic inspections, test method clauses and their RQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Corrosion resistance of electroplating layer Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Clause of this standard Test method clause 5.1 Marking: The product shall have a trademark, factory name, certificate of conformity, product manual, and date of manufacture. 5.2 Packaging: Select packaging materials to protect the product according to different conditions in each region. Competition type 5.3 Transportation: The product shall not be exposed to rain, sun, or moisture during transportation. It shall be handled with care and shall not be squeezed or collided. 5.4 Storage: The warehouse shall be ventilated and dry (products shall not be stored in the open air) and properly kept.
