6 Inspection rules
QB 1955—94
6.1 Each batch of finished products of ethyl heptanoate shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all the products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall include: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, date of manufacture, batch number, net weight, proof that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and standard number. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to inspect whether the quality of the received products meets the requirements of this standard in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Each batch shall be inspected once, and different batches shall be inspected separately.
6.3 For each batch of packaging units with less than 100 barrels (bottles), two barrels (bottles) shall be selected. For more than 100 barrels (bottles), three barrels (bottles) shall be selected. When opening the package for sampling, check the appearance for impurities, then shake it to mix it thoroughly, then use a glass sampling tube to absorb 50~~100mL of the sample, inject it into a mixer to mix it evenly, and put it into two clean and dry glass bottles with frosted stoppers. The bottles are marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity and sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection and the other is kept for reference. 6.4 If any indicator in the acceptance result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer can re-examine the sample from the twice amount of packaging together with the manufacturer. If the re-examination result still shows unqualified indicators, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can resolve it by agreement or by arbitration by the statutory testing agency, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
6.6 Color, aroma, acid value and ester content are factory inspection indicators. Relative density, refractive index and solubility are type inspection indicators, which are tested once every quarter.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
7.1 Ethyl heptanoate should be packed in aluminum barrels or galvanized iron barrels. The outside of the packaging should be marked with: product name, manufacturer name, trademark, batch number, net weight, date of manufacture, standard number and relevant packaging marks. If the ordering unit has special requirements, it can make a separate agreement with the manufacturer. 7.2 During transportation, it should be protected from sun, rain and foreign air pollution. It is strictly forbidden to mix with acids and alkalis. 7.3 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool warehouse. Prevent foreign air from contaminating the slurry and keep away from fire sources. 7.4 In accordance with the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of one year if the packaging is intact and unsealed. 182
