Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 22, 1997 270 Implementation on August 1, 1998 Not less than GB/T4294—1997 Table 1 Chemical composition of aluminum hydroxide Chemical composition, % Not more than Al, 0); the content is 100% minus the difference between the actual content of the impurities listed in Table 1 and the loss on ignition. 2 The chemical composition in the table is calculated on a dry basis after drying at 110℃±5℃ for 2h. 3 The impurity components in the table shall be processed in accordance with the digital rounding rules of GB8170. 4.3 Appearance Aluminum hydroxide is self-colored powder or sand-like crystals and should not contain impurities. 4.4 Adhesion water The adhesion water of aluminum hydroxide should be less than 14%. 4.5 Other requirements The buyer has special requirements for quality, which shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties. 5 Test method The impurity content is not more than The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition and adhesion water of lead hydroxide shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6610. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection and acceptance 6.1.1 Aluminum hydroxide shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the provisions of this standard and fill in the product quality certificate. Its content shall be filled in according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of this standard. 6.1.2 The buyer shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the test results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard, they should be reported to the supplier within one month from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If arbitration is required, arbitration sampling shall be carried out jointly by the demand party. Arbitration sampling and sample preparation methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.4 of this standard. 6.2 Batches Lead hydroxide shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of products with the same batch number, with a general weight of 60t and a maximum weight of no more than 120t. 6.3 Inspection itemswwW.bzxz.Net Each batch of aluminum hydroxide shall be inspected for chemical composition, adhering water and appearance. 6.4 Arbitration sampling and sample preparation for chemical composition For arbitration sampling, randomly select different parts of more than 20 bags per batch, insert a copper tube probe with a diameter of 15mm to 20mm along the diagonal of the packaging bag to a depth of not less than 2/3 of the bag length, and take the same number of samples. Mix all the samples thoroughly, reduce them to a weight of not less than 1kg by the quartering method, divide them into three parts, and pack them in three clean ground-mouth glass bottles. One part is for arbitration analysis, and the rest are kept by the supplier and the buyer. 6.5 Determination rules When the arbitration analysis results of chemical composition do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the brand shall be re-determined according to the arbitration analysis results. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking The packaging bag should indicate: a) product name; b) registered trademark; c) product batch number; d) weight; e) supplier name and place of origin. 7.2 Packaging, transportation, storage GB/T 4294—1997 Polypropylene plastic woven bags are used for packaging bags.
