The product shall comply with the requirements of js18 for unmarked dimensional tolerances. 4.2 4.3The main geometric and positional tolerances of the product are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Product type Type B, C Radial runout Angular deviation Cutting edge face runout 4.4The product material is 9SiCr, CrWMn, GCr15 steel, which complies with the provisions of GB/T1299 and YB/T9 respectively. Other steels with performance not lower than these materials can also be used. 4.5The hardness of the blade should be HRC58~62, and the hardness difference of the same blade should not exceed HRC3.4.6The product size tolerance and roughness should comply with the provisions of Figures 1 to 3 and Tables 1 to 3 of this standard. 4.7 Rust spots, bruises and burrs are not allowed on the machined surface. The metallographic structure should be tempered martensite. The length of martensite needles shall not be greater than level 3, and the network carbide shall not exceed level 2. 5Test method The test method is shown in Table 5. The factory inspection items are 4.2, 4.3, 4.5~4.7. 6.1.1 Type inspection is carried out when one of the following conditions occurs. When there are major changes in materials or processes that may affect product performance; when there are objections to product quality; When the national supervisory agency proposes a type inspection; In normal production, inspections are conducted once every six months; When production is resumed after a suspension of more than six months. 6.2 Sampling and batching rules 6.2.1 Factory inspection Simplified measurement diagram Measuring tools H8 stop gauge, inner diameter micrometer vernier caliper, outer diameter micrometer outer diameter micrometer outer diameter micrometer dimension indicator, deflection meter angle ruler roughness sample Rockwell hardness tester metallographic microscope 6.2.1.1 Products of the same variety and specification with basically the same production conditions and the same feed materials shall be batched and submitted for inspection. 6.2.1.2 Product quality is divided into three categories: Class A unqualified, Class B unqualified and Class C unqualified. For Class A and Class B nonconformities, AQL is the number of nonconforming products per 100 units of product; for Class C nonconformities, AQL is the number of nonconforming products per 100 units of product. Correspondingly, when implementing sampling inspection, for Class A and Class B nonconformities, A. and R. in the sampling plan are calculated by piece (number of nonconforming products), and for Class C nonconformities, A. and R. are calculated by item (number of nonconforming products). 6.2.1.3 Provisions on inspection levels Standard inspection standards QB/T 1568--1992 For Class A, Class B Group I and Class C, general inspection level I is used, and for Class B Group I, special inspection level S-3 is used. 6.2.1.4 Provisions on strictness Perform normal inspection. 6.2.1.5 Provisions for sampling plan The sampling plan shall be carried out in accordance with the single sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.2.1.6 The classification and grouping of non-conforming items are shown in Table 6. 6.2.1.7 The specified value of the acceptable quality level (AQL) is shown in Table 7. 6.2.1.8 The product quality shall be determined in accordance with GB/T2828. Table 6 Defect group 6.2.2 Type inspection 1 The blade has cracks The inner hole does not meet the requirements; 2 The thickness does not meet the requirements; The surface roughness of the blade face, inner hole and positive bevel does not meet the requirements. The radial run-out does not meet the requirements; 2 The end face run-out of the blade does not meet the requirements; 3 The hardness of the heat treatment does not meet the requirements; The hardness difference of the same piece exceeds the tolerance 1 Other dimensional tolerances do not meet the requirements; 2 The appearance does not meet the requirements; 3 Other surface roughness does not meet the requirements, 4 The marking and packaging do not meet the requirements Type inspection Randomly select one piece from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and inspect 4.4, 4.8, and 6.2.2.2 Pass. If the type inspection is judged as unqualified, the product should be stopped from acceptance, and the reasons should be analyzed and measures should be taken until the new type inspection is completed. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Each blade should be clearly printed with the manufacturer's name (or trademark) and manufacturing date and other marks in the appropriate position. 7.2 After each blade is cleaned and dried, it should be coated with anti-rust grease and packaged, and then packed into an ordinary wooden box. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, it will not rust within half a year from the date of leaving the factory. 7.3 The wooden box must be firm. 7.4 There should be a packing list and product certificate in the packaging box. The following contents should be clearly marked inside and outside the packaging box. 7.5 Consignee and address; Product name and specifications; Product gross weight and quantity; Manufacturer name and address; Quasi-search special network 5050.20mHuahui standard industry science and technology fee is more than the date of manufacture. QB/T1568--1992 The product should be stored in a well-ventilated place, strictly prevent moisture, and cannot be stored with acidic items.
