This standard is a revision of ZBJ62091-90 Technical Requirements for Superhard Material Large Surface Full Press. Compared with ZBJ62031-90, there are some changes in the following major technical contents:
Specified the requirements and inspection methods for temperature! 1. Increased the safety use requirements for the purchaser.--Added the conditions for type inspection, added the requirements for model editing and deletion; added the requirements for electric heating system. This standard will replace ZBJ62031-90 from the date of entry into force. This standard was proposed and implemented by the Ministry of Machinery Industry's Jinan Machinery Research Institute. This standard was first issued in April 1990. 1. Scope: Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China: Superhard Material Six-sided Hydraulic Press Technical Standard JB/T 8779·1998, which specifies the conditions, technical requirements, inspection and inspection rules of superhard material six-sided hydraulic press. This standard applies to large-scale hydraulic presses made of superhard materials (hereinafter referred to as medical presses) with oil as the transmission medium and with a single transmission (or with a booster).

3.1 Before the condition inspection, the installation water of the material press should be adjusted, and a level should be placed on the lower flange of the press in a vertical direction without any bearings. The reading of the level should be greater than 0.2/100.
3.2 Special inspection T tool requirements

1. Two pairs of large blocks to be tested are respectively adjusted to the center of their travel by pressure inspection tool, and the other pair are respectively adjusted to 3 positions of their travel.

The parameters and dimensions of the machine should be selected according to the recommendations of relevant standards. If there is no standard recommendation, it is recommended to confirm the parameters and dimensions approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.3 The original
The press should have sufficient accuracy and should comply with the relevant standards and technical documents. 4.4 The necessary auxiliary measures should be taken for the main connections (such as cylinders, sleeves, and springs) and comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 45 Safety protection requirements
4.5.1 The safety protection of the press should comply with the provisions of JB3915, including the design and selection of structures, components, hydraulic systems, application, configuration, adjustment and control, etc., and should be guaranteed under various conditions of use. Safety: 4.5.2 The buyer shall install personal safety protection devices and protective plates (walls) near the main and its molds (pre-chains). If the supplier is required to provide them, it should be noted in the contract or the cooperative design. 4.5.3 The buyer shall establish a regular inspection and correction, replacement and pressure adjustment system for the high-pressure parts of the compressor to ensure the safety of the compressor. 45.4 There shall be protective devices on the main engine and supercharger to prevent accidents. 4.5.5 The exposed windows of the main engine shall have guard plates, and the exposed couplings shall have protective covers. 45.6 Parts that may fall off, such as pins, shall have anti-falling devices. 4.5. For one-way motors, the arrows of the direction of rotation shall be marked on the exposed parts. 4.5.B The selection of all pressure reducing components shall not exceed the technical specifications specified by the components. 4.5.9 All components in the hydraulic system that affect the safety of the equipment shall be equipped with effective safety protection devices such as load and over-travel protection (such as safety alarm, over-travel buzzer, storage warning light, and automatic cut-off of the electrical system, etc.)>: 4.5.10. Hydraulic and electrical circuits should be used to prevent uncontrolled movement and abnormal dynamics during the start-up, stop, idle operation, adjustment and hydraulic fault correction of the pressure-deficient parts. 4.5.11 When the three-stage press is closed, it should be able to release the power or disconnect it from the hydraulic system. If it is a gas-powered device, it should be filled with nitrogen or other air, and should be kept away from heat sources and vertical installation. 4. Requirements for castings and forgings
4,6,1 The work of the press should comply with the relevant current standards and regulations, and the defects that do not affect the use, life and appearance of the press can be repaired according to relevant regulations before the quality is guaranteed. 4.6,2 Important forgings (such as chain beams, working cylinders, booster cylinders, high pressure cylinders and upper working pistons) should be treated to eliminate internal stress. 4.7 Requirements for processing
4.7.! The quality of the processed parts shall comply with the requirements of the technical documents and shall not have defects that reduce the safe use of the press and affect the appearance.
4.7.2 The processed surface shall not have rust, burrs, scratches and other defects. 4.7.3 The quality level of non-planar defects on the lugs of the steel parts is level 1 in G72.3, and the quality level of non-functional defects on other parts is level 3 in GB7233. 4.4 Ultra-high-pressure workpieces shall be inspected and the results shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards and technical documents. 4.8 Requirements for assembly
4.8. During subassembly and final assembly, gaskets and other parts not specified in the drawings shall not be installed. 4.8.2 The joint surfaces of the single pieces listed in the table should be tightly fitted and inspected. The depth of the gauge should not be greater than 2/4 of the actual contact width. The depth of the gauge should not be greater than 2/10 of the surrounding material. 4.8.3 The press should be assembled according to the assembly process. The six pistons and their bodies should be assembled within the processing range to ensure that the assembly tolerance is less than 0.05mm. The parts and core surfaces should not be damaged due to assembly. The assembled parts (including purchased and outsourced parts) should be of the same quality as those to be assembled. 4.8.4 The inner surfaces of the cooling system and the cooling system should be lubricated and decontaminated before assembly. 3

4.85 All circuits, pipe joints, flanges and their fixed and movable joints shall be connected and sealed in good condition without any leakage. 4.8.6 The cleaning quality of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of 7FJ62001. 4.9 Requirements for electrical equipment
The electrical equipment of the press and the pressure pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. The electrical box shall be in accordance with the specifications. The single-insulated resistor of the main engine electric heating part should meet the use requirements
4. 10 The quality of the liquid filling
4.10.1 Test requirements
4.10.1.1 The ultra-high pressure valve body that bears the pressure should comply with the relevant standards. The opening should be tested before assembly. The pressure test of the hydraulic cylinder and other pressure vessels shall meet the following requirements. The pressure holding time should be greater than or equal to 10min, and there should be no permanent deformation and other damage.
a) When the rated pressure is less than or equal to 20MPa, the pressure test should be 1.5 times the rated pressure; h) When the rated pressure is greater than 20MPa and less than or equal to 70MPa, the pressure test should be 1.25 times the rated pressure c) When the rated pressure is greater than 70MPa, the pressure test pressure becomes 1.1 times the rated pressure. 4.10.1.3 Self-made liquid! The pressure holding time and requirements of the parts' optical break test shall comply with the provisions of GB7935 for high pressure hydraulic parts and the provisions of Table 2 for ultra-high pressure hydraulic parts.

4.10.3.6 The pressure-maintaining performance shall comply with the relevant standards and regulations. 4.10.3.7 Pressure-retaining components

The technical requirements and connection dimensions of hydraulic components shall comply with GB7935 and relevant regulations. When using plug-in or added pressure-reducing components, between the pressure-reducing components and their corresponding flow control components, it is generally considered to set a convenient test 1. For the sudden change of the pressure, the load capacity should not be greater than the rated value 1.1. The operation should be sensitive and reliable, and a locking mechanism must be provided to prevent accidents caused by arbitrary pressure adjustment. The technical requirements of the pressure regulating valve shall comply with the provisions of (BJ7935) and meet the requirements of the pressure regulating standard of the press. The pressure regulating accuracy of the pressure regulating valve shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.10, 3.8, the control force of the low-pressure control system shall be reliable and meet the requirements of the relevant standards. 4.11 Requirements for appearance
4.11.1 The outer surface shall not have any protrusions and unevenness that are not specified. 4.11.2 The coating of the metal surface shall comply with the requirements of ZBJ50011. 4.11.3 The front of the head should not protrude from the surface of the part. There should be no obvious storage center between the head and the countersunk hole. The rear pin should protrude slightly from the outside of the part, and the tail end should protrude slightly from the screw. 4.11.4 The parts are connected and there should be no obvious increase in position. The door, the whole and the joint surface should not have a star-like feeling. 4.11.5 The outer surface should be Finish straightening and evenness. 4.1I.6 The external parts of electrical and pressure-related circuits should be covered and arranged neatly. They should not be in contact with relatively moving parts. If necessary, they should be fixed with pipes.
4.11.7 Various signs should be clear and durable. The signs should be fixed in obvious positions. The positioning of the signs should be correct, flat, firm and not skewed. 4.11.8 The material of the signs shall comply with the provisions of 3/F13306. 5 Inspection
5.1 Requirements
5.1.1 Before calibration, the press should be installed and adjusted. The installation level should meet the requirements of 3.1. 5.1.2 During the inspection, the performance of the press, the structure and parts should not be affected. If replaced, they should be retested. 5.1.3 The inspection should be carried out on the assembled machine. Except for the parts that need to be removed during the inspection as specified in the standards and technical documents, the parts that should not be removed

5.1 Start and stop test chamber, note that the continuous test should be greater than or equal to three groups - the action should be sensitive and reliable. 5.7.1 Main engine, amplifier and corrector tight running test, continuous test greater than or equal to two times, the action should be sensitive and reliable. 5.3 Limit adjustment test of engine travel: adjust within the operating range, the action should be accurate and reliable. 5.4. Adjust the piston stroke speed of the main engine. Adjust according to the specified maximum free stroke increment. The action should be accurate and reliable and meet the requirements of relevant standards or documents.
5. Pressure valve adjustment test: Test from low to high opening in stages as specified in the technical documents. Each pressure test should be stable and reliable.
Safety device test: Equipped with weak emergency transmission points and tight total pressure protection. When the accidental voltage is restored, the electric drive device will automatically switch on. The action test of the alarm (or wall sound) warning light, etc. should be safe and reliable. 5.7. Each of the following safety tests should be carried out in combination with the overload test. The number of action tests should be greater than or equal to three. It should be sensitive and reliable, and it should be derived from 4. 1.3.7.
5.8 Idle running test
5.8.1 The piston of the compressor shall be tested for idle running with full stroke and reciprocating motion. The continuous idle running time shall be not less than 4h. During the type heat test, the continuous idle running time for each time shall be not less than 8h. The cumulative continuous idle running time shall be not less than 6.5.8.3 Oil temperature
After the oil temperature in the oil (or the temperature at the liquid inlet) is measured and recorded when it reaches a stable value. The temperature shall not be higher than 50℃ (the standard products produced in batches may not be measured, but random inspection is allowed) 5.S.3 Working conditions of each machine tree:
a) Check the stability and smoothness of the movement of the actuator. b) Check all high and low pressure systems, cooling systems, pipelines, heads, flanges and other connecting joints. According to the method specified in JB323, determine the positive level of continuous running without load, and its value should not exceed the provisions of 6.1 of type 762. 5.10 Electrical and heating system
Inspect the electrical and heating system according to GB/T5226.1. 5.11 Load test
5.11.1 Each machine should be tested at full load after passing the no-load operation test. 5.11.2 Voltage regulation test, according to the specified pressure level, increase the pressure step by step, the operation should be stable and reliable, and the temperature opening and sense of hysteresis should meet the requirements. 5.11.3 Under the rated pressure, the continuous operation test time shall be not less than 1.51. Check the system's pressure, leakage, nominal force and main motor current, which shall comply with the relevant provisions.
5.11.4 Under the rated pressure, the reverse pressure holding test, the pressure drop shall comply with the provisions of Wu 3: 5.11.5 The mechanism shall work normally during the test. 5.12 Overload test
The load test shall be carried out with the safety net adjusted to 1.1 times the rated pressure, and then adjusted for not less than three times. The components of the machine shall not be damaged or permanently deformed, and the pressure system shall not have static failure and abnormality. 5.13 Precision inspection
Perform precision inspection according to the requirements of Chapter 3.
5. 14 Cutting angle inspection

7.1 The exterior of the machine should be marked with some fixed signs. The label shall include the following contents: 7) Company name and address; b) Press model and basic performance; c) Year of manufacture and serial number 1 Others. .4 The markings on the machine packing box should include "overall dimensions", "cautions", "center of gravity", "net/gross weight", "starting point" and "protection against fans", etc., and should comply with the provisions of GB191.
.5 The working components, refrigeration and filters, etc. should be exhausted from the box body. All external openings of the pressure system should have reliable sealing measures. 7.6 The rust prevention of the external processing of components, accessories and spare parts should comply with the provisions of GB5013.1 times the rated force, and then adjusted for no less than three times. The machine parts shall not be damaged or permanently deformed, and the pressure system shall not have static electricity and other non-functional effects. 5.13 Precision inspection

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The exterior of the machine should be marked with some fixed signs.
