This standard is a revision of ZBJ62091-90 Technical Requirements for Superhard Material Large Surface Full Press. Compared with ZBJ62031-90, there are some changes in the following major technical contents:
Specified the requirements and inspection methods for temperature! 1. Increased the safety use requirements for the purchaser.--Added the conditions for type inspection, added the requirements for model editing and deletion; added the requirements for electric heating system. This standard will replace ZBJ62031-90 from the date of entry into force. This standard was proposed and implemented by the Ministry of Machinery Industry's Jinan Machinery Research Institute. This standard was first issued in April 1990. 1. 4.5.1 The safety protection of the press should comply with the provisions of JB3915, including the design and selection of structures, components, hydraulic systems, application, configuration, adjustment and control, etc., and should be guaranteed under various conditions of use. 4.7.2 The processed surface shall not have rust, burrs, scratches and other defects. 4.7.3 The quality level of non-planar defects on the lugs of the steel parts is level 1 in G72.3, and the quality level of non-functional defects on other parts is level 3 in GB7233. 4.4 Ultra-high-pressure workpieces shall be inspected and the results shall comply with the requirements of relevant standards and technical documents. 4.8 Requirements for assembly
4.8. During subassembly and final assembly, gaskets and other parts not specified in the drawings shall not be installed. 4.8.2 The joint surfaces of the single pieces listed in the table should be tightly fitted and inspected. The depth of the gauge should not be greater than 2/4 of the actual contact width. The depth of the gauge should not be greater than 2/10 of the surrounding material. 4.8.3 The press should be assembled according to the assembly process. The six pistons and their bodies should be assembled within the processing range to ensure that the assembly tolerance is less than 0.05mm. The parts and core surfaces should not be damaged due to assembly. The assembled parts (including purchased and outsourced parts) should be of the same quality as those to be assembled. 4.8.4 The inner surfaces of the cooling system and the cooling system should be lubricated and decontaminated before assembly. 3

4.85 All circuits, pipe joints, flanges and their fixed and movable joints shall be connected and sealed in good condition without any leakage. 4.8.6 The cleaning quality of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of 7FJ62001. 4.9 Requirements for electrical equipment
The electrical equipment of the press and the pressure pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. The electrical box shall be in accordance with the specifications. The single-insulated resistor of the main engine electric heating part should meet the use requirements
4. 10 The quality of the liquid filling
4.10.1 Test requirements
4.10.1.1 The ultra-high pressure valve body that bears the pressure should comply with the relevant standards. The opening should be tested before assembly. The pressure test of the hydraulic cylinder and other pressure vessels shall meet the following requirements. The pressure holding time should be greater than or equal to 10min, and there should be no permanent deformation and other damage.
a) When the rated pressure is less than or equal to 20MPa, the pressure test should be 1.5 times the rated pressure; h) When the rated pressure is greater than 20MPa and less than or equal to 70MPa, the pressure test should be 1.25 times the rated pressure c) When the rated pressure is greater than 70MPa, the pressure test pressure becomes 1.1 times the rated pressure. 4.10.1.3 Self-made liquid! The pressure holding time and requirements of the parts' optical break test shall comply with the provisions of GB7935 for high pressure hydraulic parts and the provisions of Table 2 for ultra-high pressure hydraulic parts.

The technical requirements and connection dimensions of hydraulic components shall comply with GB7935 and relevant regulations. When using plug-in or added pressure-reducing components, between the pressure-reducing components and their corresponding flow control components, it is generally considered to set a convenient test 1. The pressure regulating accuracy of the pressure regulating valve shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.10, 3.8, the control force of the low-pressure control system shall be reliable and meet the requirements of the relevant standards. 4.11 Requirements for appearance
4.11.1 The outer surface shall not have any protrusions and unevenness that are not specified. 4.11.2 The coating of the metal surface shall comply with the requirements of ZBJ50011. 4.11.3 The front of the head should not protrude from the surface of the part. There should be no obvious storage center between the head and the countersunk hole. The rear pin should protrude slightly from the outside of the part, and the tail end should protrude slightly from the screw. 4.11.4 The parts are connected and there should be no obvious increase in position. The door, the whole and the joint surface should not have a star-like feeling. 4.11.5 The outer surface should be Finish straightening and evenness. 4.1I.6 The external parts of electrical and pressure-related circuits should be covered and arranged neatly. 4.11.7 Various signs should be clear and durable. The signs should be fixed in obvious positions. The positioning of the signs should be correct, flat, firm and not skewed. 4.11.8 The material of the signs shall comply with the provisions of 3/F13306. 5 Inspection
5.1 Requirements
5.1.1 Before calibration, the press should be installed and adjusted. The installation level should meet the requirements of 3.1. 5.1.2 During the inspection, the performance of the press, the structure and parts should not be affected. If replaced, they should be retested. 5.1.3 The inspection should be carried out on the assembled machine. Except for the parts that need to be removed during the inspection as specified in the standards and technical documents, the parts that should not be removed

5.8 Idle running test
5.8.1 The piston of the compressor shall be tested for idle running with full stroke and reciprocating motion. The continuous idle running time shall be not less than 4h. 5.11.1 Each machine should be tested at full load after passing the no-load operation test. 5.11.2 Voltage regulation test, according to the specified pressure level, increase the pressure step by step, the operation should be stable and reliable, and the temperature opening and sense of hysteresis should meet the requirements. 5.11.3 Under the rated pressure, the continuous operation test time shall be not less than 1.51. 5.11.4 Under the rated pressure, the reverse pressure holding test, the pressure drop shall comply with the provisions of Wu 3: 5.11.5 The mechanism shall work normally during the test. 5.12 Overload test
The load test shall be carried out with the safety net adjusted to 1.1 times the rated pressure, and then adjusted for not less than three times. The components of the machine shall not be damaged or permanently deformed, and the pressure system shall not have static failure and abnormality. 5.13 Precision inspection

7.1 The exterior of the machine should be marked with some fixed signs.
