National Standard of the People's Republic of ChinawwW.bzxz.Net Mopeds Braklng performance test method The brakelng performance test for mopedsThis standard specifies the brakelng performance test method for mopeds. 1 Test conditions Should comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB4559-84 "General Rules for Road Test of Mopeds". 2 Test method 2.1 The initial speed of the test vehicle is specified as 20±2km/h. If it is out of this range, the test needs to be repeated. UDC 629.118.6 .07 1620.1 GB4562—84 2.2 On the test road, divide it into three sections as shown below, and the auxiliary driving area should be of sufficient length. Electronic timing devices are set at both ends of the initial speed test section. Auxiliary parking area Initial speed test section Braking distance high test section 2.3 The vehicle passes through the initial speed test section at the specified initial speed, and the time to pass through the section is measured. The actual initial speed is calculated according to formula (1). Wherein, V———actual initial speed, km/h7.2 —Time to pass through the initial speed test section, S. 2.4 After the vehicle passes through the initial speed test section, emergency braking is applied until the vehicle stops. The distance from the center of the spray point to the vertical foot of the spray gun after the vehicle stops is measured as the measured braking distance. 2.5 Correct the measured braking distance according to formula (2): S. Wherein: S——corrected braking distance, m Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on July 11, 1984 (2) Implemented on May 1, 1985 S. —Actual braking distance, ml V—Actual initial speed, km/h. GB 4562—4 The corrected braking distance is the result of the vehicle braking test. 2.6 Calculate the arithmetic mean of the corrected values of the round-trip braking distance, and take the minimum value of the average values of more than two tests as the result of the vehicle braking performance test. 2.7 The test data and results are recorded in the table of Appendix B 3 (Supplement). GB 4562—84 Appendix A Added (Supplement) If a stopwatch is used for timing, the distance of the initial speed test interval is 50, and the actual initial speed is calculated as follows: A.1 Vg- 180 Where: V. ——Actual initial speed, km/hgt—Time to pass the initial speed test interval, s. When there is no brake printer in the test, the braking distance measurement method A.2 When the vehicle reaches the end of the initial speed test interval (based on the front wheel pressure line), emergency brake according to the hand flag to stop the vehicle. Measure the distance from the front wheel pressure point to the end of the initial speed test when the vehicle stops. This distance is the measured braking distance.
