5.1 Determination of appearance||tt ||Appearance is measured visually. Pour about 50mL of sample into a clean, dry, colorless and transparent 100mL beaker and observe it under natural light indoors.
5.2 Determination of viscosity
The method specified in HG/T2363 is used for determination. 5.3 Determination of viscosity-temperature coefficient
The method specified in HG/T2363 is used for determination: When the temperature is 38℃ and 99℃ (temperature control accuracy of constant temperature bath ±0.2℃), the viscosity-temperature coefficient is calculated as follows: VTC=1
Wherein: VTC viscosity-temperature coefficient:
V99℃ Kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil, mm2/s: Kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil at V238c, mm2/s. The calculated result is rounded to two decimal places, and two parallel determinations are performed. The difference between the two determinations should not be greater than 0.01 The test result is expressed as the arithmetic mean of two test values.
5.4 Determination of pour point
The method specified in GB510 is used for determination. The pour point measured by this method is added with 2°C. as the pour point of the sample. 5.5 Determination of flash point
The method specified in GB267 is used for determination. 5.6 Determination of density
The method specified in Article 2.3.1 of GB4472 is used for determination. The measurement temperature is 25℃. 5.7 Refractive index The determination of
is carried out by the method specified in GB6488. The measuring temperature is 25°C. The refractive index of double distilled water at 25℃ is 1.3325.

HG/T236692
Use the method specified in GB5654 5.9 Determination of volatile matter
The method specified in GB6740 is used for determination. The sample container is a beaker with a diameter of about 50 mm and a volume of 50 mL
5.10 Determination of acid value ||tt ||The determination was carried out using the method specified in GB2895, wherein a 2mL alkaline microburette was used as the burette. The conical flask is shaken continuously (without nitrogen): titrated with potassium hydroxide standard titration solution [c (KOH) = 0.01 mol/L), 6 Inspection rules
6.1 With the same raw materials, the same proportion and the same Under the process conditions, one or several samples of the same type of products produced by the same manufacturer and mixed evenly in a mixer at one time are considered a batch.
6.2 The number of sampling units shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6678. The sampling unit is calculated in packaging barrels. The sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6680. For manufacturers, it is allowed to take uniform and representative samples on the production line or packaging line. Inspection items: the manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection for each batch of products; the viscosity-temperature coefficient, density and pour point shall be inspected at least once every quarter or every 30 batches of products. 6.5 If the user unit needs to inspect the received products, it shall follow the provisions of this standard Acceptance inspection should be carried out within one month of receiving the product.
6.6 If a test result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the same batch of products should be retested with double the number of sampling units, and the grade should be determined based on the retest results.
6.7 When both the supply and demand parties In case of any dispute over product quality, it shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties or arbitrated by the legal quality inspection department. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging shall be clearly and firmly marked. Indicate the product name, model, quality grade, net weight and manufacturer name, etc. 7.2 Packaging
This product should be packed in a clean, dry, well-sealed galvanized iron drum or plastic drum. Each package should be accompanied by Certificate of conformity, indicating the batch number, production date and number of this standard. 7.3 Transportation
This product should be protected from rain, moisture and sunlight during transportation. This product is non-dangerous.
7.4 Storage
This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight and fire sources. The storage period is 3 years. If the storage period exceeds the limit, it can be re-inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the quality requirements, it can still be used.

6.1 Under the same raw materials, the same proportion and the same process conditions, one or several swatches of the same model products produced by the same manufacturer and mixed evenly in a mixer at one time are considered a batch.
6.2 The number of sampling units shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6678. The sampling unit shall be calculated in packaging barrels. The sampling method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6680. For manufacturers, it is allowed to draw uniform and representative samples on the production line or packaging line. The sampling volume is twice the inspection volume. 6.3 Each batch of products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the specified technical requirements. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality inspection report. 6.4 All items in this standard are type inspection items. Appearance in 4.1 and kinematic viscosity, flash point, refractive index, volatile matter and acid value specified in Table 1 in 4.2 are factory inspection items. The manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection on each batch of products; viscosity-temperature coefficient, density and pour point shall be inspected at least once every quarter or every 30 batches of products. 6.5 If the user unit needs to inspect the received products, it shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Acceptance inspection shall be conducted within one month of receiving the product.
6.6 If a test result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the same batch of products should be sampled and retested with double the number of sampling units, and the grade should be determined by the retest results.
6.7 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, they shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration by the statutory quality inspection department. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The package should have clear and firm markings indicating the product name, model, quality grade, net weight and manufacturer name. 7.2 Packaging
This product should be packaged in clean, dry, well-sealed galvanized iron barrels or plastic barrels. Each package should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity indicating the batch number, production date and the number of this standard. 7.3 Transportation
This product should be protected from rain, moisture and sunlight during transportation. This product is non-hazardous.
7.4 Storage
This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, and should be isolated from fire sources. The product has a storage period of 3 years from the date of production. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it can be re-inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the quality requirements, it can still be used.
