This standard is a revision of ZHJ76003.-88 (fixed vacuum powder insulated cryogenic liquid storage tank). Compared with 2BJ76003.88, this standard has the following major technical changes: "previous specification" has been added.
In the scope of the competition, the specification of "fixed vacuum powder insulated liquid carbon dioxide storage tank made of low-alloy steel plate for cryogenic pressure vessels" has been added. In the second reference standard, "GB3323-87 "Radiography and quality classification of steel fusion welding" has been cancelled and replaced by IB4730-1994 "Non-destructive measurement of carbon dioxide in steel fusion welding". In the third standard, the assessment regulations for the leakage of carbon dioxide have been added. In the fourth standard, the original reference GB3323 in the 4.4 welding inspection standard has been changed to JB4730. Chapter 4 Table 2, the pressure test pressure of the inner container is 1.2P, which is modified to 1.15P. It is consistent with the provisions of Section 3 of the "Technical Supervision and Inspection of Safety Technology for Pressure Vessels".
Chapter 5 adds the assessment provisions for carbon dioxide in the body. 6.3 changes the "delivery technical conditions" to "instructions for use", and adds the provisions of the "pressure test product safety quality inspection certificate".

3 Product Specifications and Performance Data

5 Acceptance rules and test methods

5.For tanks with an effective volume less than or equal to 5m3, the evaporation rate test shall be conducted in the production plant or on-site of the user. If there is no extraction unit inside, the total unit shall be tested according to 5 loads. For tanks with an effective volume greater than 5m3, the production plant and the user shall conduct evaporation rate tests on-site. The evaporation rate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2 Test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3356.1. 5.3 Comprehensive inspection of thermal insulation performance of carbon dioxide storage tanks - pressure rise value\ shall be conducted on-site of the user (unless otherwise specified by the company).
