When the sedimentation lasts for 100s, read the scale value of the sediment. The percentage of this value to 100mL of the suspension is the solid phase concentration in the suspension. 4.4.5 The temperature of the suspension is measured by inserting an industrial temperature gauge with a range of 100°C into the suspension for 5 minutes, and the scale value is the suspension temperature.

Water content (%) = 100% = (NHHCO,% + NaHCO,% + NaCl%) Total
B5 calculation results
The total alkali content is measured according to the provisions of GB2368, and NaCl (%) is measured according to the provisions of GB2369.1. Substitute it into the calculation formula of B4, and the alkali moisture content (accurate to 0.1) is obtained.
Water content (%) = 100% - total alkali content % - NauC1% Additional notes:
This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation, HG2102
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Industry Ministry's Chemical Machinery Equipment Standardization Technical Management Unit (Chemical Industry Ministry Chemical Machinery Research Institute). This standard was drafted by Sichuan Chemical Machinery Factory as the main sponsor and Jinxi Chemical Machinery Factory participated in the drafting. The main persons in charge of this standard are Fu Xueru and Li Mingrong. This standard adopts the Soviet national standard OC T5748-79 "Technical Conditions for External Filter Surface Drum Vacuum Filter" (the second revised version in 1985) with reference to it.
