National Standard of the People's Republic of ChinaWww.bzxZ.net Safety of hand-held motor-operated electric tools Part 2: Particular requirements for electric tappers( Available for certification) GB3883.9-91 IEC745-2-9 replaces GB3883.9-85 This standard is equivalent to IEC745-2-9 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 2: Special Requirements for Tapping Machines" 1984 first edition. This standard should be used together with GB3883.1 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 1 General Requirements". This standard lists the changes necessary to convert Part 1 into the "Safety Requirements for Tapping Machines" standard. 1 Scope of application Except for the following provisions, this chapter of Part One applies: 1.1 is replaced with: This standard applies to tapping machines. 2 Definitions This chapter of Part One applies except for the following provisions: 2.2.23 Paragraph 1. is replaced by: Normal load refers to the load when the tool operates intermittently with 1 minute of continuous operation and 1 minute of power outage as one cycle. The load applied during continuous operation should have an input power (W) equal to the rated input power. Loads can be applied with brakes. 3 General requirements This chapter of Part 1 applies. 4 General considerations for testing This chapter of Part 1 applies. 5 Ratings This chapter of Part One applies. 6 categories This chapter of Part 1 applies. State Bureau of Technical Supervision approved on 1991-05-27 for implementation on 1992-02-01 7 mark GB3883.9—91 Except for the following provisions, Article Part of this chapter applies: 7.1 Addition: In addition, the tool shall be marked with the following symbol: The maximum diameter of the thread that can be cut, mm. Note: Unless otherwise marked on the tool, this diameter should be understood to refer to the diameter of ISO metric threads cut in steel with a tensile strength of 390N/mm and a thickness of 2 times the thread diameter. 8 Protection against electric shock This chapter of Part 1 applies. 9 Startup This chapter of Part 1 applies. 10 Input power and current Except for the following provisions, this chapter of Part One applies: 10.1 Modification: This test will not be performed. 11 Fever Except for the following provisions, this chapter of Part 1 applies: 11.4 Modification: The tool operates at the specified normal load for 30 minutes. The temperature rise is measured at the end of the last run period. 12Leakage current This chapter of Part 1 applies. 3 Radio and television interference suppression 13 This chapter of Part 1 applies. 14 Moisture resistance This chapter of Part 1 applies. 15 Insulation resistance and dielectric strength This chapter of Part 1 applies. 16 Durability This chapter of Part One applies. 17 Abnormal Operation This chapter of Part 1 applies.
