Constant temperature range: 40±1~100±1℃
The constant temperature room has a blast device to circulate the hot air. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
HG/T2070-91
The fan is centrifugal, with a diameter of 75mm, an air inlet diameter of 60mm, and an air outlet of 40mm×45mm. 3.2 The distance between the knife edge of the supporting lever of the testing machine and the action point of the inertial bowl at both ends is 288±0.5mm, and the distance between the center point of the jade plate under the sample and the supporting knife edge is 127±0.5mm. Both inertias are 235.2N. 3.3 The measuring base should be made of thermal insulation material with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.28W/mK and a thickness of no less than 10mm. 3.4 Additional bowls:
The testing machine is equipped with 3 additional bowls, 2 of which have a weight of 53.9±0.98N, and 1 has a weight of 107.8±0.98N. Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions of the testing machine:
a. The surrounding environment is free of vibration and corrosive media; relative humidity: 30%~85%;
The power supply voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated voltage. 4.2 Compression frequency: 30±0.2Hz,
4.3 Eccentric stroke: can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0~10mm. 4.4 Constant temperature room temperature: After 120 minutes of constant temperature room temperature rise, the 20mm space around the sample should reach the set temperature and maintain constant temperature, with an error of ±1℃
4.5 Upper and lower jade plate spacing repetitive error: When the automatic balancing mechanism is loaded with 107.8N, the spacing repetitive error should not exceed ±0.05mm
4.6 Upper and lower pressure plate spacing measurement relative error: The upper and lower pressure plate spacing measurement relative error should not exceed 1.5%4.7 Appearance and electrical performance requirements:
Appearance and electrical requirements should meet the requirements of GB2611, 4.8° Transport bump test:
Under packaging conditions, it should be able to withstand the transport bump test without damage, and the test machine after a short bump should meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
The test should be carried out under the conditions specified in 4.1.
5.2 Test equipment
Tachometer: 0~2000r/min;
Calibration block set: height 25, 22.5, 20, 17.5, 15, 12.5mm, diameter 18mm; b.
Digital indicator and magnetic stand;
Temperature measurement system: accuracy 0.5%
5.3 Compression frequency test
Use a tachometer to measure the speed of the eccentric wheel, measure 3 times, and take the arithmetic mean. The compression frequency meets the requirements of 4.2. 5.4 Eccentric stroke test
Use a dial indicator with a magnetic stand to measure the distance between the highest and lowest positions of the eccentric shaft on the eccentric wheel to meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.5 Constant temperature chamber test
After the constant temperature chamber is heated for 120min, in the 20mm space around the sample 9 temperature measuring points are set in the domain, with 4 points evenly distributed on the upper circumference, 4 points evenly distributed on the lower circumference and 1 point in the middle. The temperature is measured with a temperature measuring system with an accuracy of 0.5%. The temperature is measured three times every 30 minutes and the maximum value is taken. The result should comply with Article 4.4.
5.6 Repeatability error test of the distance between upper and lower pressure plates
When a load of 1078N is added, a calibration block with a height of 25mm is placed between the upper and lower F plates to make the automatic balancing mechanism reach balance and record the value. Repeat three times. Each time the reproducible error complies with Article 45, 2
HG/T2070—91
5.7 Relative error test of the distance between upper and lower pressure plates Raise the upper pressure plate to the highest point, put in the 25mm calibration block, turn on the automatic switch, adjust the lever to horizontal, adjust the recorder to zero position, and then put in the 12.5mm calibration block to make the recorder in full scale state. Then put the calibration blocks of 22.5, 20, 17.5 and 15 mm between the upper and lower pressure plates, record the positive and negative range values, repeat three times, and each time it should meet the requirements of 4.6. 5.8 Appearance and electrical performance test
Inspect according to the requirements of GB2611.
5.9 Transport resistance performance test
After the product is packaged, use a truck to run on a third-class highway at a speed of 30~40km/h for 200km without adjustment. After comprehensive inspection according to this standard, it should still meet the technical requirements of 4.2~4.7. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department and accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Inspection items:
The testing machine is divided into two categories: factory test and type test: 6.2.1
Factory test according to Articles 4.2 to 4.7 of this standard shall be carried out one by one; type test shall be carried out by sampling one by one according to Articles 4.2 to 4.8 of this standard. Type test shall be carried out in the following cases: new products (including old products converted to production); major changes in product design, process or materials and supporting components used; regular spot checks on batch-produced products; quality evaluation of similar products,
6.2.3 Sampling:
Regular spot checks shall be carried out for type test, generally once a year, and no less than 2 units shall be checked each time, 6.2.4 Judgment rules:
. If there are unqualified items in the factory test machine, it can be repaired once and re-inspected after repair. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged to be unqualified.
b. Type test is carried out on products that have passed the factory test. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once. If two units fail in the same item, the product is judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each testing machine should have a nameplate, which includes: the name of the testing machine, the model of the testing machine, the date of manufacture, the factory number, and the name of the manufacturer.
7.2 The testing machine should be firmly fixed in the packaging box to ensure that it does not move in any direction during transportation. 7.3 Markings on the outside of the packaging box:
Name of the manufacturer, name, model and factory number of the instrument; a.wwW.bzxz.Net
Receiving unit and address;
Box size, gross weight and words such as "upward" and "handle gently". 7.4 Random documents:
Packing list;
Instruction manual;
Product certificate.
